Best Sewer Drain in Philadelphia PA

Scam artists. I called about clogs in my bathtub and my sink. They did a visual inspection, used their fingers to pull a couple hairs out of my bathtub drain, and then tried to charge me $180. I called the service office and they lowered the charge to $125 but it was still a complete scam. They refused to snake the drain or do anything else. I pull the hair out of the drain myself every time I take a shower. My fiancé showed them a reverse osmosis machine that he wanted to install in the kitchen sink and they said they have no idea who to install pipes. Umm aren’t you supposed to be plumbers??

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

Bill is very responsive always and when I had problems with my water heater they came out right away, assessed the issue and supplied me with a new water heater in under a few days. The prices and are always reasonable and they are both so polite and respectful. My water pump under the sink stopped working and Tony came to see what the issue was. He arrived right on time at 2pm and was able to assess the situation and replace the water pump within two hours. Absolutely great service and super friendly. I honestly didn’t have any contacts for a reliable plumber, but I definitely plan on calling Tony whenever I have another issue. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Val came out to take a look at an issue we were having with our AC wand was super helpful! He checked all parts of the system and gave me tips about what to check if anything goes wrong in the future, he was awesome!

The representative was outstanding. He was personable efficient knowledgeable and professional. I even learned a few things about the job he was performing. He answered all and any questions I had. I'd like to thank the owner for responding to my post about the high price I was charged to have my heater repaired. He explained that during frigid temperatures the prices they charge are competitive with other heating companies. He said all heating companies charge premium rates during cold spells. Although I don't feel it's right to charge higher than normal prices the colder the weather is (excluding emergency service of course), and that it's not fair to the customer that these companies do this, I shouldn't have singled Bill Frusco Plumbing out. For that I apologize, they do fine work and want to thank the owner for reaching out and explaining this to me.

Does not do what they put in contract unfinished and very unprofessional work my bathroom is still not finished called many time they say they coming they dont. dont waste your time or money they are over charging ppl take your money and wont do the work this company use to be different and good
