Bill with East Falls Plumbing and Heating was incredibly honest and helpful! I cannot thank him enough. I had a mysterious leak in the basement of my new home. I did my due diligence by calling several plumbers to try to find the source of the problem and get quotes to fix it. Some competitors had me hire a drain specialist and they convinced me I needed to tear up the basement and into the concreate outside to replace both sewer and storm lines.However, Bill was able to find the actual source of the leak which was that the pump for the air conditioner had been knocked out of place, and therefore causing the mysterious leak. Bill popped the pump back into place and told me to keep an eye on it, and if it dries up, that was the source of the leak. Sure enough, a couple days later it completely dried.Bill saved me from this stressful situation, not to mention thousands of dollars with his knowledge and honesty. Since he was just there to give me a quote on the project, he didn’t charge me. Do your homework and trust Bill at East Falls Plumbing and Heating!

I would HIGHLY recommend using City Plumbing. The plumber was extremely professional and did an excellent job in installing my faucet. He was very nice as well. I will NEVER go anywhere else for my plumbing needs .They should change their name to BEST Plumbing in the City. You will not find better prices and better plumbers than at City Plumbing.

As a fellow plumber there are only a few guys I would recommend to one of my customers if my schedule was booked and I couldn’t personally assist them. And Keith is one of those guys. He’s extremely professional, and knowledgeable and I know if I needed a guy to help out one of my customers he would do a top notch job to keep everyone involved extremely happy. He’s a true Pro’s Pro.

I had a frost free spigot break on me in the wall with no local shutoff, and Tony came out and diagnosed the problem for me right away. It wasn't trivial since we couldn't find the shutoff (turns out there isn't one!).Tony was so professional, easy to communicate with, and does excellent work. We'll be calling him again for our plumbing needs. 10/10

Steven was great, reliable, and hilarious. We had a toilet installed improperly from a prior contractor and Steven came by to look at the issue and he even went to the store to get necessary parts for the repair and completed the job!

They had to do a non-custom install on a dishwasher and showed up on time, and finished the work within 2h for a reasonable price. Very good at problem solving and professional.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Don, Ivan and crew were communicative during the process and elaborated on what was going on. Jimmy came back, answered every question and guided me through how to best service my new boiler. The workers know their business...some challenges getting paperwork, but these guys made it worth the wait. Don really made sure we were taken care of, and for that, I am grateful!

We had a pipe leaking behind a wall in our basement. I called someone else first and they couldn’t see us for 6 days. So my wife went on eyes and ears and someone recommended Aqua. I called and in 2 1/2 hrs they were at my house to look at the problem ( it was 4 pm ), and they next morning the job was finished.Job well done! And my wife said they were nice guys.
