We had a water heater fail on us over Easter and Nick was kind enough to call us during the holiday to help triage the problem. Then he then arrived first thing the next morning and efficiently removed and installed a new heater. He was happy to show me the results of the installation and go through any minor changes to the functionality of the new water heater. One of the better experiences I've had with a plumbing company and I will be happy to recommend Goodman and use them in the future.

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. City plumbing saved the day.Alex, who is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly came to the rescue today to fix a clogged main sewer line at our home in South Kensington. The whole house was backed up starting on Christmas Eve. I tried calling around to several plumbing services in the city who would schedule me but never show up. I needed a new kitchen faucet installed because the hose of my previous one started leaking badly. Tony came the same day I called him (Sunday). He was careful and meticulous with his work, put my worries at ease, and was very patient answering my questions and concerns. He's a straight-shooter; I thought I might need new shut-off water valves placed, and he told me that they were fine as is (saving me a good chunk of $!). I highly recommend Tony, and will certainly be calling him for my future plumbing needs!

They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

I really recommend Turner Brothers. They are very responsible and reliable, they always answer your phone call quickly and are able to schedule you in. They always show up on time, do a good job and overall are really nice and respectful people.

Would not hire this company. Not professional and rude. They also need to learn how to drive or stop driving drunk.

Aqua was very responsive. They handled a complicated situation, accomadated my schedule, and did an overall excellent job.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

I was having problems with my main line so i called Bill Frusco’s because they are local and family owned and they sent out Jimbo and Joey. They fixed the problem quickly and they were very nice people. Also, prices were lower than any of the other local companies I called by a significant amount so I’d definitely go with them again. Shout out Jimbo and Joey, they’re heroes.
