Best Repair Plumbing in Philadelphia PA

Called 4 weeks ago and then again 2 weeks ago and I was told to expect a call and never received one.. totally unresponsive

Today is December 23rd, 2022 …. The day before Christmas Eve. We have 4 kids … I woke up to our hot water heater busted and leaking everywhere. Called this company and I’m so thankful they had time to get us taken care of !Zack came out within 2 hours of me calling and took care of everything !The whole thing had to be replaced and he took care of it without a problem the day before Christmas Eve. ???He assured us that the old machine lasted longer than most do and it would be a quick fix. We appreciate him so much !!!!Thank you for saving us out of what we thought would be a huge problem.

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

I can't say enough about how responsive Warren was. I called him at 930 pm on a Saturday night in a pretty desperate state, he explained to me what he thought the problem was and was out on Sunday morning to fix it. Warren and the person with him (who I think was JP) went above and beyond to take care of the problem, explaining everything to me at every step of the way. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Tony was prompt, responsive, honest, and fair on his price. He initially came by to give me an estimate totaling $1500 worth of work. Rather than being quick to sell me on the repairs, he instead advised me to try a simple, do-it-yourself fix that would have only cost me around $20. Unfortunately that didn't work, so I ended up calling him back. He then came by and fixed my issue for $900 after staying true to his word that he could beat someone else's estimate by 25%. In a time where it's tough to find good, honest people to trust working on your home, Tony stands out as someone you can depend on. Great experience altogether, highly recommended.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

I called Roto Rooter this afternoon because of its reputation after I panicked. I had already waited two days for a plumbing company that was a no show in regard to a kitchen clog in my sink that just was'nt moving..In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, my kitchen is crucially needed. Cleaning dishes in the bathroom was scary for me. We are Habitat Philadelphia partner homeowners on a fixed income disabled family at the moment....I just received double total hip replacements in 2018-2019 and my youngest daughter is non-ambulatory with CP and a host of other physical-mentally challenges.Roto Rooter immediately added me to the repair schedule between 4pm and 8pm...I received calls from the technician and dispatch in regard to when they would arrive due to back up in repairs they were running late. I loved how dispatched asked was it alright to come later than scheduled.Service technician Mr. Romaine finally came out around 9:30 pm.....He was very professional, followed COVID-19 guidelines mask, social distancing as he worked, gave very helpful information in regard to my problem and fixed kitchen the sink, BUT most of all he showed care, understanding and took time to just listen.. I am so appreciative of that and will forget his help..Thank you Roto Rooter!!!GOD BLESS.....

The Roger Ross team helped give us peace of mind in our new rowhome. The team unclogged a drain, installed a new valve on the toilet, and added support for our water heater expansion tank. The representatives from Roger Ross were timely, professional, and transparent!

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Best Choice took on an amazing challenge installing my lateral on an historic street in Philadelphia. Their team in the field, and in the office, was efficient and prompt. The work was done in the intense heat of July, and their hard work under those conditions was impressive. All work was correctly coordinated with City departments.

Have used them a couple of times and they have always been quick, polite and professional.
