I had a leak under my sink that got progressively worse very quickly. I called, actually got an answer right away (did not have to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back like most places) and Tony gave me a time frame and was at my house exactly when he said he would be. He explained the repair, went right to work, and was done very quickly. Tony was professional, polite, quick, efficient, and knows what he is doing. Will be using again for my plumbing needs.

Terrible company. I call them for an outside drain issue and they came out right away. Unfortunately, they didn't do ANYTHING for me but made the situation worse. They didn't even let my tenant know they were leaving and they would not respond to my texts or phone calls. It turns out whatever they did caused the kitchen sink drain to not drain at all. This was a disaster.

He was extremely courteous and honest in his estimate, giving me a reasonable price for the work order, and telling me the tasks to complete the job. Kit & Joey spent 5 hrs. at my house today unclogging some old pipes with tough to remove clogs. Kit was very honest before he began the work by telling me that snaking the drains may put a hole in the home’s old pipes. He said he’d give it a gentle try and if the drains didn’t clear, he’d have to remove old pipe, replace it with new, and in the instance of the kitchen sink, reroute the pipe. Fortunately, Kip & Joey were very skilled in manipulating the blockages, and very patient, so all blockages were cleared. They also replaced piping and faucets in my kitchen & bath. It was a lot of work, but they never complained. All estimates Kip quoted up front remained in place & were very fair. I’m hiring them agaIn mid-September to replace my water heater & sump pump. It's taken me a while to review Veteran, but I can now speak to the highly consistent level of service I get with them! Both Kelly and Chris are very professional, and I trust them completely. We have had multiple contractors and plumbers, spent time and money, but it was with Veteran that we are getting the right advice, repairs, and replacements. Chris has excellent steam boiler knowledge which we desperately need to get ours working efficiently. We finally have consistent hot water and pressure all thanks to Veteran. I appreciate that Chris and Kelly take the time to explain things thoroughly and are honest - our house is old and has had some 'creative' updates, so it's a giant puzzle. They take the time to lay out my options, so I really feel I can make informed decisions about the work being done. They are very busy because they are outstanding at what they do, but I'd rather wait for people who are going to do the job right than to have it done wrong (which we have done in the past, and that hurts). I wish I had found Veteran sooner!

So my husband hired a shoemaker and I had to call Bobby to fix it and he was very professional. I took pictures sent them to him. And he was here and fixed it the way it was supposed to be fixed. I recommend this company they do not play and they get things done. Thank you and God Bless.

Job well done, replaced new Kholer aerator and cartridges since Kholer no longer carries the faucet that I had purchased years ago. Plumber was professional, skilled and effective. My faucet feels like knew and functional. He was very kind enough to tighten my loose toilet seat.
