Called 4 weeks ago and then again 2 weeks ago and I was told to expect a call and never received one.. totally unresponsive

Today is December 23rd, 2022 …. The day before Christmas Eve. We have 4 kids … I woke up to our hot water heater busted and leaking everywhere. Called this company and I’m so thankful they had time to get us taken care of !Zack came out within 2 hours of me calling and took care of everything !The whole thing had to be replaced and he took care of it without a problem the day before Christmas Eve. ???He assured us that the old machine lasted longer than most do and it would be a quick fix. We appreciate him so much !!!!Thank you for saving us out of what we thought would be a huge problem.

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. I always want to support Black owned businesses and I'm so pleased that I found a keeper! Keith was precise, punctual, did a quick job and was mannerable. He replaced my main shut off valve that I just found out was leaking yesterday and it was such a relief to have the job done the next day efficiently.

Tony was great. On time, professional and very easy to talk to. He actually did two jobs for me within a week. First, he unclogged a drain in the kitchen sink. A few days later, he returned to replace an old pipe which was not allowing the water to drain properly in the laundry room. Excellent work, excellent work ethic and fair prices. I'll be calling Tony again soon for my next plumbing job.

The tech that came out to our home this morning was a Godsend. They sent someone ASAP. I had not had water for two whole days. He was able to find the issue and have it fixed within the hour. I am more than happy with the services I received.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Economy. I came across them in a search so I was completely unbiased. My first contact (and every one after that) with April was amazing. She is pleasant, helpful and efficient. I received a call ahead of time from the technician (Tom) that he was on his way. Tom listened to the issues, presented solutions and kept me informed along the way. As with April, Tom and his partner (Manuel) were pleasant, helpful and efficient. They offered (and got boss Travis' approval) to make a return trip to my house later in the evening after doing two additional jobs and picking up a bigger snake. They didn't end up leaving my house until almost 9PM with all issues completely resolved. I have NO hesitation is recommending them to everyone. I'd give them more stars if I could. It is clear that every person with this company cares deeply about the customer and getting the job right. Tom told me that they look forward to seeing their customers again. Spoke with Mr Thompson, and gave me sound advice on how to resolve my issue. He told he could not get to me the same day and offered a suggestion which corrected my problem. Now a days you normally get that type service. One thing I know for sure I will call Mr Thompson again when I have a plumbing project or issue to get resolved! Thanks Again!!!

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

I had an emergency with my oil heater and I called Brian Turner with Turner Brothers. I called his number around 9:00 AM. I explained my problem to the answering service and he was at my house at 11:30 AM. He checked the problem, explained what he needed to do and then told me the estimate and I hired him. He came back to do the service at 4:00 PM and finished in 2 hours. He was very friendly and easy going. He made sure everything was on and cleaned up.

I had Best Choice replace a condensate pipe in a closet in our house at the beginning of August, that seemed to go fine. Then we had a flood in the same closet from the drain pipe that goes out of the house. They told us it was from lint back up from the 3rd floor washing machine and said if they put in a trap, it would fix it because if it were to happen again (which they promised it wouldn't) the water would go to the bathroom sink on the 1st floor. We paid them $260. to complete that job at the end of August. We had to rip up the entire floor and replace it at a cost of about $1400. (we did the job ourselves). The day after Christmas, we had another flood. The system of it backing into the sink did not work. The brand new floor had to be ripped out again. This time we contacted our insurance company. I called Best Choice again and this time they sent a master plumber who said that the system they created the first time would have never worked and the original pipe set up was not up to code. This is after two other Best Choice plumbers worked in that same room. I suggested that replacing our floor should go through their insurance company, but they could not understand my reasoning. If they had sent a qualified plumber, we wouldn't have had another flood. They don't believe this issue was their fault because they don't know how the pipes were connected underground. They want us to pay them another $900. to fix the pipe connection and hook up a new washer and dryer, they said they would charge us at cost. I asked them to itemize the cost because it seemed like an awful lot of money for us only paying at cost, I did not receive a response, I called again and asked for Anthony to call me back and again have not received a response. We contacted two other plumbers to get a price to do the same job and they are both master plumbers who are cheaper than $900. One plumber told us that the trap system was done completely wrong.

I am very satisfied with the emergency service I received from Aqua Plumbing. My serviceman Vinny was very courteous and fixed my plumbing in a timely manner.
