East Falls Plumbing has does annual service & repairs on our gas heater for years now. They're extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and professional to work with for our system. They are extremely familiar with a multitude of different heating systems and set-ups that allowed them to troubleshoot issues with our expansion tank needing draining. They also properly installed a new PSI gauge and emergency shut-off valve for our heater when our old ones were defective. Bill and his employees came on-time and were great to work with and will we continue to use their services in the future!

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I have a condo in Fairmount and these guys are the third plumber we've tried out in the past few years. Hands down they are the friendliest and do not try to push you into more expensive repairs!Had some leaks from the relief valve in our hot water heater and the condensation line from our HVAC unit. Tuan came out and looked at it, and gave me my options - the cheaper fix would be to re-glue everything, and the more expensive fix would be to replace the piping. He didn't try to push me either way and let me make the decision. Decided to re-pipe everything, and he was great! Highly recommend and will most definitely use again!

I Called spalsh Drain & Sewer because my outside water spicket wouldn't stop leaking john told me to send him pics of the problem he came out same day & installed a new outdoor spicket & insulated the pipes also looking forward to have him do more work soon highly recommend this company.

The had no problems replacing all my faucets and garage disposal. They also replaced my toliet & shower diverter . If anyone needs good plumbers , this is the company to call .

**As a military family, we support veteran owned businesses as much as possible.**Let's start with, I received a call the day before to discuss issues I was having with 2 cast iron radiators. The morning of the appointment, I received a text message that Chris Tucker was on his way and a link allowed track his arrival. He was masked and wore protective booties over his boots.He immediately diagnosed the issue as substandard air valves and replaced both. While we waited for the steam system to heat up, he explained everything about the radiators, including the lifespan, how the new air valves work and that the radiator can be taken apart!He also took time to explain the entire system and why the living room had a two pipe radiator. So, not only did he correct substandard work, Chris provided education.Definitely a preferred contractor now!

The tech(don) arrived right on time and was Knowledgeable on steam systems. He was proficient with his wrk and took the time to explain what he was going to do and how he would do it. He also answered the several questions that I had and also provided tips on self maintenance. The sight flaw valve assembly was a little pricey but it needed to be done. Overall I was more than satisfied. Thanks
