Bill and his team are very responsive! I call and they make every effort to get there asap. My first time working with bill was a small renovation on the third floor. He ran new pipes for 4 radiators, a tub and a sink. He’s on time and his prices are fair. I’ll keep working with him.

My washer was to be installed but I did not notice that the valves were corroded and not installed correctly. Tony came to the rescue and corrected the valves within an hour. I was so happy to get the job done in one day. He was a referral from a neighbor and I can see why. He returns call, show up timely, and completes the job efficiently. He will be my plumber for any plumbing repairs.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). These guys were so great! Super communication, really quick to respond and not a rip off. Our new house was flooding with the recent storms. We thought it was a sewer issue, but it turned out to be a construction cover up we would’ve never been able to guess. So glad we got them to look at it. I asked Drains R Us to install a dishwasher and also a valve for a refrigerator. They said the cost is going to be $250 for installing a dishwasher and $150 for installing a valve. Two hours later, a plumber arrived and started working on the dishwasher. He installed dishwasher after about 90 minutes. However, there was a junction box under the former dishwasher to connect the power lines. The plumber told me that dishwasher cannot slide in completely and it would stay about 4 inches outside due to the junction box. I asked him to mount it on the wall but he refused. Ultimately, I asked him to let me pull the wires under the floor of the kitchen (in the basement) and asked him to connect the wires in the basement instead of on the kitchen (to let dishwasher slide in completely). I pulled down the wires myself and he came to the basement and connected the power lines in the junction box in the basement, instead of the kitchen. Later he charged me $75 for extra work, which is coming to the basement! He had to connect the same wires in the kitchen but when I pulled the wires to the basement and asked him to connect them in the basement but he charged me an extra $75!! Had a leak in the basement after some rain . I gave Quentin a call and he instantly showed up . He came in and assessed my sewer line was backed up with some line in my house needing replacement . Quentin not only unclogged my sewer he was able to replace a cracked line all in the same day. Thank you Quentin

Veteran LLC did this amazing job! The sun room had water damage that lead to the wonderful remodel and expansion of the kitchen. They are on top of their game. Called in an Engineer on short notice for removing the support wall and calculating the correct load beam(s) needed to enlarge the kitchen. Completely rewired the kitchen with easy also upgrading to the correct electrical code. Appliances have the correct amps and breakers for each, NO more worries of running multiple kitchen appliances at once and tripping the breakers. Now the kitchen is light years ahead of the rest of the house. Veteran LLC will be my only choice for the rest of my house and future upgrades!

Great experience. They are able to problem solve because my home is old and job did not go as smoothly as planned. My plumbing issues where the main valve in the home and new tub faucet. Job was done about 5 months ago and everthing is working great. I would hire Rob again.
