I highly recommend Boss Plumbing! Warren, the owner, and his team member DJ came out late on a Friday night to unclog our main drain ahead of some rain storms. They were professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. Warren even took the time to explain the issue to us and give us some helpful tips to prevent future clogs. DJ was also very friendly and courteous throughout the process. We were very impressed with their service and will definitely be using Boss Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future. I had a leaking pipe in my basement caused by street construction being done outside my home. I was referred to Bill by a contractor who I trust. Bill was immediately available to discuss my issue and offer solutions. He was honest about timing and pricing (FAIR pricing!!). He was punctual, professional, and thorough. His guys were professional and courteous as well. I’m very satisfied with the job they did! Pipe was fixed a few days after contacting him. Sidewalk was a repaired very professionally! A few weeks later I had a problem with my heater, and as Bill was booked, he was able to refer me to another company who could help immediately. He’s a kind and fair expert! Definitely recommend!

Tony visited my house after I had no hot water (in the middle of winter). He was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue quickly and fix it for me - in and out within 45 minutes! Really excellent service, would certainly call Tony again in the future and recommend to everyone!

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

You’re not going to find any other plumbers like them unless you travel back into time to the 1990’s. They quickly respond, are knowledgeable, respectful, and fairly priced. Worth every penny. Saved in my phone so I have their number for any time I have plumbing issues.

I found these guys on Instagram, and they came out to assist me within an hour . My basement was flooded due to a cracked pipe. They repaired it quick and efficient. I will always use greater works construction for all my plumbing needs.

Chris was well knowledgeable and easily explained my heater system to me. He also checked for any gas leaks as a second opinion after PGW came out. I highly recommend Veterans! the prices are very reasonable, workers are friendly/experienced/knowledgeable, and they responded quickly with setting up an appointment.

Generally, I rate McLoughlin well. Today, not so. The last 2 small plumbing jobs that they've done at my home were way too expensive. I'd almost classify it as price gouging.They installed my HVAC system about 18 months ago. I've been on annual contract for both HVAC and plumbing since then. This is supposed to be at discounted rates (15% off).Yesterday, I generated a $375.00 invoice for a simple repair of a leaking shower. That amount would have been about $440.00 without the 'discount'. It was a drop in part. Total service time was about 90 minutes to include the time the Tech spent going to and from the supply house to get the replacement part. I later found out that the part lists at $53.00. So, working off the non discounted price (since I already paid for the discount). I got hit for close to $400.00 for 90 minutes work on a non emergency call. What's that work out to ... about $275.00 an hour? If you can easily afford that labor rate, hats off to you. You're a lot more successful than me.I asked the Tech what the part cost at the time of service. He didn't know, which I find ridiculous since he had just ran to the supply house and bought the thing. I called the main office and asked them to itemize their invoice so I could see how much I paid for parts, labor, etc ... they refused (one can guess why). I asked them to have a manager contact me ... we're about 24 hours post service. My phone has not rung (likely because someone doesn't want to make that call).Most contractors on the main line are a little bit of a rip off ... that's rules of the game and most people expect that. When one has to consider using loan sharking and / or bookmaking terminology to describe a contractor's pricing, they've gone too far.Nice people, good craftsmanship ... but feeling abused on cost. Look elsewhere.

This has been an absolutely horrible experience using Edward Hughes & Sons. I originally had a plumber from their company come out and evaluate my leaking shower and what is needed to fix it. They even ordered a part. Then trying to schedule the follow up appointment to actually come out and fix the issue was a complete nightmare. They actually stood me up 6 times and never showed up! Good luck if you use these guys.
