The first plumber (Jeff) that came out to the house had a nasty attitude and I’ indirectly was asking for More money than was agreed upon. The second, had a better attitude but Still was trying to get more money from us and as you can see by the photo he came into our Home with a GUN!

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

Warren and his crew are second to none. We had a toilet back up on Friday night and then I noticed a leak in the old, original cast iron sewage pipe. After making a number of calls for middle of the night plumbing service, Warren was the sole person to call me back. I am so happy he did. His team came out to diagnose the issue. Every step of the way, they explained what they were doing and what problems they found. Even when it came down to shock that the entire line (from curb to the middle of my house) had to be replaced, Warren assured that he would take care of us and get it fixed. Fast forward two days later, Warren had a team of five (including himself) out here at 7:30 and they are just now filling in the holes at 23:00. They removed and replaced the storm and sewage lines in a day. Read that again. A single day. Not a shoddy rush job. Consistent, great work.This is how you earn customers for life. City Plumbing was contracted through our insurance, and we were very happy with their services. They came out 3 days before the work was done to put up clearly marked no parking signs from the City of Philadelphia in front of our home, and even knocked on neighbors’ doors as a courtesy to notify them about the work/parking. Overall a good experience, and we can finally flush our toilet and use our water again!

Had a wonderful experience with this plumbing company. They were responsive, we spoke on the phone, and I sent him photos of what needed to be done. He gave me a rough estimate that was better than another company that was recommended to me. He came out on a Sunday and his rates were REASONABLE!!!!! My new go to plumber!!!!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

We called and within an hour Anthony was at our house. He was able to identify the problem, get the part he needed and fix it all on the same day (the day before Thanksgiving, no less)!

Our plumber Joe was incredibly friendly and helpful! Got the work done efficiently too

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

Had them unclog my main drain and did not do the job completely. Within 7 days it clogged back up and they were unresponsive to my calls and kept telling me the technician would call me back. That was in February and it’s April I am still awaiting a return call after several attempts. Had another company come and the drain is clear for 2 months now! DO NOT Trust this place!

Billy and Jimmy came on time both days and were super friendly and professional. They explained the situation thoroughly and clearly knew what they were talking about. They were even helpful in recommending services for other work that can be done. Prices were very fair and we could not be happier with the work. They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

I called Frusco Plumbing on a Saturday at 1:30 pm because my main drain was blocked. They had a service tech at my house the same day at 3:30 pm and my drain was open by 3:45 pm.
