Nick from Goodman was amazing! He showed up on time and fixed everything quickly and skillfully. He was really personable and talked us through what he was doing and how to proceed in the future. The price was fair and his service was fantastic.

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

Alex did a fine job unclogging my kitchen drain and making certain my garbage disposal was working properly. They were careful to avoid any spillage of water from the drain. Excellent service from Gymone at Murphy Plumbing! Main water line leaking into my basement. Had to turn water off to the house, was still leaking! Gymone answered my after-hours emergency call immediately within 15 minutes. He fixed the problem and was kind enough not to charge an after-hour service call fee! His professionalism and plumbing expertise really saved the day! Would definitely recommend him and use his plumbing services in the future.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

I noticed a leak around 5pm. I've used Economy in the past for another project so I decided to give them a call. Economy was able to come over by 7pm. They quickly found the leak and fixed the issue. It was an emergency call so I was expecting to pay a massive fee for the short notice. I was shocked how reasonable and fair the invoice came out to be. I 100% recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

Deleted my previous 5 star review. andys does not return calls, now uses some kind of horrible outsourced third party answering service. Awful. Literally will not call me back ever. Also, the thermocouple they installed two years ago just went bad. Avoid.

These guys were so great! Super communication, really quick to respond and not a rip off. Our new house was flooding with the recent storms. We thought it was a sewer issue, but it turned out to be a construction cover up we would’ve never been able to guess. So glad we got them to look at it. They are the best. I had previously used them for a big plumbing job prior to this epidemic (Sewer line) and they were fantastic. Fast forward to today. I had to have a toilet replaced that developed a crack and I contacted Drains r us and they were able to fit me in quickly. I was a little worried at first but they have a protocol to in place for Covid. They complete a quick check list of questions, the tech takes their temperature and the temperature of any one they encounter (of course with permission). The Tuan was in and out within 40 minutes including the new process. As always they ensured they left the work area in the same condition they found it in. Drains R us are the best and I highly recommend them.

My Bosch furnace/hot water unit wasn't getting power, and I couldn't find anyone who was both able to service it and come out on a Saturday afternoon. Fortunately, it turned out not to be a complicated problem, and Andrew was here and done within an hour of my calling him. I appreciate his prompt attention and helpfulness.

I Called spalsh Drain & Sewer because my outside water spicket wouldn't stop leaking john told me to send him pics of the problem he came out same day & installed a new outdoor spicket & insulated the pipes also looking forward to have him do more work soon highly recommend this company.
