We had a water heater fail on us over Easter and Nick was kind enough to call us during the holiday to help triage the problem. Then he then arrived first thing the next morning and efficiently removed and installed a new heater. He was happy to show me the results of the installation and go through any minor changes to the functionality of the new water heater. One of the better experiences I've had with a plumbing company and I will be happy to recommend Goodman and use them in the future.

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. Boss Plumbing came out to repair 2 sink leaks. They did so in a timely manner. No complaints from the residents except the guys could've been more clean. The job was reasonably priced with a warranty on the work. What I like most about the company is their commitment to getting better by being open to client feedback. I plan to use them again in the future.

Bill with East Falls Plumbing and Heating was incredibly honest and helpful! I cannot thank him enough. I had a mysterious leak in the basement of my new home. I did my due diligence by calling several plumbers to try to find the source of the problem and get quotes to fix it. Some competitors had me hire a drain specialist and they convinced me I needed to tear up the basement and into the concreate outside to replace both sewer and storm lines.However, Bill was able to find the actual source of the leak which was that the pump for the air conditioner had been knocked out of place, and therefore causing the mysterious leak. Bill popped the pump back into place and told me to keep an eye on it, and if it dries up, that was the source of the leak. Sure enough, a couple days later it completely dried.Bill saved me from this stressful situation, not to mention thousands of dollars with his knowledge and honesty. Since he was just there to give me a quote on the project, he didn’t charge me. Do your homework and trust Bill at East Falls Plumbing and Heating!

The gentlemen were courteous and they were able to unclog my drain, I will definitely use their services if needed in the future and will recommend them to my family and friends. My kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. We tried everything we could think of to clear. Had to call a professional, and I called “I Fixd It” for help. I called in the morning and Tony arrived by noon. He was very up front with how he works and prices. Tony communicated clearly. He was able to fix our kitchen drain in no time. This was the easiest time I had dealing with a contractor. He was straightforward and did the work right the first time. No fluff. No nickel-and-dime talk.

I had an emergency leaking toilet and economy drain came right away and explained everything thoroughly and fixed my leak fast.

I called Roger Ross Plumbing for various repairs at my house. They replaced my broken spigot, very old laundry sink plumbing, a toilet supply valve, and some old piping. Dan V. handled all of the repairs and did an amazing job! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and I'm thrilled with all of the work he did. Natasha was also great and made scheduling very easy with great communication. I will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

10pm on a Monday flood at the house!. The trusty never touched water heater in my finished basement from 2003 finally popped, in Manayunk. 7am Tuesday onward, calls to (3) different local recommended plumbers and Home Depot's service. Andy was the only one to return my call, could be to the house in an hour, and was there on time. In minutes, had a proper recommendation, answered my random but what about... questions, and even told me skip the added warranty. I'm on the road 24/7, and Andy had my old tank out, a new larger tank installed, everything reset, and back to functioning immediately. Terrific service, always responsive, and handled. Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

I had an emergency with my oil heater and I called Brian Turner with Turner Brothers. I called his number around 9:00 AM. I explained my problem to the answering service and he was at my house at 11:30 AM. He checked the problem, explained what he needed to do and then told me the estimate and I hired him. He came back to do the service at 4:00 PM and finished in 2 hours. He was very friendly and easy going. He made sure everything was on and cleaned up.

Can’t recommend this company enough. Completed a major job for us and they were thorough, professional and wanted to make things right.

I called to get a gas line installed for a personal heater… they came out gave me an estimate I called maybe a week later set up time for the plumber to come out…. He came out did not have any parts I had too tell them once again what I wanted done… then he told me he needed to go to the shop and pick up some parts… and that was the last time I saw or heard from anyone this was a Saturday… I get a call Monday afternoon saying our guy is on his way… of course I denied the service.
