This is a very long over due review.... had plumbing issues on Christmas morning and called around for help but no one answered. No one BUT goodman! Basically the shower faucet was dripping for awhile and I ignored it but on Christmas morning it started running (even though the know was turned off) a lot! Someone at goodman called me back on how to turn the water boiler off since only the hot was running. Then came out the next day to give me a quote and started the repairs a couple of days later. Shawn the tech was super nice and friendly. Great taste in background music and always gave me a heads up when something might get loud. He didn't mind my mom watching at all which was nice. (She loves to watch and learn). She also commented at the end that she has never seen such good plumbing work on our pipes (installed a valve and replaced the old shower faucets). That itself exceeds 5 stars as its very difficult to please her! Will use goodman again! Thank you goodman for taking my call 1 am Christmas morning and thank you Shawn for fixing the pipes!

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

As soon as I called they knew what was wrong and came over immediately to help me. They really helped me out and cleared the sewage line. Warren took his time to explain things to me. I highly recommend.

Excellent service from Gymone at Murphy Plumbing! Main water line leaking into my basement. Had to turn water off to the house, was still leaking! Gymone answered my after-hours emergency call immediately within 15 minutes. He fixed the problem and was kind enough not to charge an after-hour service call fee! His professionalism and plumbing expertise really saved the day! Would definitely recommend him and use his plumbing services in the future.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! We called Roto Rooter in a panic when our basement flooded, and they scammed us. Removal of items from the basement was estimated to cost 5-9k, and they assured us it was almost impossible it would be more than 6, however they charged our insurance more than 10k, and explicitly told us they expected to be negotiated down. When insurance reached out to talk them down, they ignored all of the calls for over a month, because they as scammers and not actual meaningful business people. The person we dealt with was named Dennis, and after ensuring me he would be my point man for everything we needed, he ghosted me and refused to ever speak to me again on the phone. Literally any other business is better than working with these clowns.

Roger Ross Plumbing and Heating does a very professional job. I called them when my water heater broke and they showed up within a half hour. They turned off the water and because I have another heater they came back the next day and put in a new one. While here they changed out my thermostat and checked my heater, I didn't need to set a different time.Dan, who works for Roger, was very polite and respectful he was also very informative. They had masks on the whole time. They cleaned up a when they were finished. I would highly recommend Roger Ross Plumbing.

I had the opportunity to hire Andy to fix a toilet in the master bedroom that was having issue's flushing. He was an absolute professional and would be more then happy to recommend his service and support. I actually just called him again for another residence on a different issue and was immediately contacted the same day! Service A+++! Thank you!

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

I own a 100+ year old duplex in Northern Liberties but am an out of state landlord. One of my tenants reported a plumbing issue, and I tried a plumber who came out and unclogged the drain, but didn't fix the problem causing the backup. So after asking two associates in the real estate business in Philadelphia who to call, both told me to call Best Choice. I'm glad that I did!The plumber I was lucky to have assigned to this job was Sam. He spent several hours trying to figure out and how to fix the issue, as it was complicated. His communication was excellent, and was on the phone with me several times during the day with updates and inquiries about the construction and history of the plumbing system so as to try to figure this out in the most minimally invasive way. Instead of starting with more expensive options, he worked through possible solutions to try to find a way to solve the problem cost effectively. Sam even called me later that evening to check on everything and to share his thoughts, as he was sincerely concerned.It's awesome to have found a plumber and a company that takes customer service seriously, as it seems to be a dying art. Sam was truly committed to figuring out what was going on and how to fix it, and I feel that I received outstanding service from a very knowledgeable plumber at a very fair price.Anytime I have a problem going forward, I will be on the phone with Best Choice!
