My whole house was backed up my toilet and shower in my basement was over flowing with water and Tony came and track down the problem with ease. It took him about a hour to fix the problem. He also cleaned up everything after he was done. I recommend this company for anyone with plumbing problems and the price was very fair and reasonable.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

The employees were pleasant and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. They offered good value at a reasonable cost!

I already purchased the connector and all the tech did was put the connector on, about 5, 10 min then told me it would cost $125!!! For 10 min of work! I am on unemployment/furloughed and that cost me more than a days work. He also gave me an estimate for something else..I'm guessing he was here for maybe 30 min. I really wish he would've told me the price before fixing it. Such a rip off. I wish I tried to bargain with him, but I was so stunned.

I asked Drains R Us to install a dishwasher and also a valve for a refrigerator. They said the cost is going to be $250 for installing a dishwasher and $150 for installing a valve. Two hours later, a plumber arrived and started working on the dishwasher. He installed dishwasher after about 90 minutes. However, there was a junction box under the former dishwasher to connect the power lines. The plumber told me that dishwasher cannot slide in completely and it would stay about 4 inches outside due to the junction box. I asked him to mount it on the wall but he refused. Ultimately, I asked him to let me pull the wires under the floor of the kitchen (in the basement) and asked him to connect the wires in the basement instead of on the kitchen (to let dishwasher slide in completely). I pulled down the wires myself and he came to the basement and connected the power lines in the junction box in the basement, instead of the kitchen. Later he charged me $75 for extra work, which is coming to the basement! He had to connect the same wires in the kitchen but when I pulled the wires to the basement and asked him to connect them in the basement but he charged me an extra $75!! This is an update to my earlier 5 Star reviews of the work done for me by Chris from Veteran but a very significant one because it reflects replacement of my entire central air system and dealing incredibly well with a major problem. I can only give 5 stars but it deserves more!I have central air in my old 1908 condo building and the heating unit in the basement began leaking Co2, needing replacement. The outdoor unit was about 14 years old so it was reasonable to replace both at the same time with more modern technology. Big job and once it was done there were problems with the outside unit making noise under certain circumstances. Of the 25,000 units Amana built last year, 5 had defective operation, putting the odds of getting a lemon 5,000 to 1. When Chris heard the noise he set about taking out the bad unit and replacing it with a new replacement. All work was under the unit's warranty and it was a VERY big job because of the outside unit being in such an awkward location at the end of a narrow walkway.So this update reflects an incredible amount of work on his part. I looked over the specs of the unit he selected for us and it looks like an excellent choice. Everything about the job was done as professionally as I can imagine. You couldn't do better that selecting Veteran for your HVAC work.Thanks Chris! Once again, for the third time,I am really pleased with the results. Installing a HEPA filter is a pretty involved procedure and he again displayed his high level of professionalism, his talent, and his depth of knowledge. It is working very well. And he was joined this time by Kelly who specializes in plumbing. She replaced the heating element in my hot water tank and that very went well also. They are the best professionals I've ever dealt with and their billing is very reasonable as well.Continue reading but I wanted to add the above based on continued satisfaction.This is my second time using their services and both times have been outstanding. Both times the person sent was Chris and both times I felt very confident in his ability and his commitment to doing the job right. I was having an issue with my heat. Edward Hugest & Sons Plumbing was highly recommended by a friend. I called up and got an appointment right away. They came over and found the problem. The repair was reasonable and my heat was up and working the same day as the visit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good reputable company. There are a lot of crooks out there and you must be careful.
