We've used John multiple times and we've always had nothing but a positive experience. You can get on the schedule quickly, John and his crew are always polite, professional, they work tidy and efficiently and do impeccable work. Their experience in working on old Philly houses shows as they're honest with what things are going to cost or simply can't be done without a large investment-- they keep everything pretty practical and they let you know when things can be addressed later or need to be addressed ASAP which is really helpful as a homeowner. Can't recommend him enough!!

I needed to replace my Heating and HVAC as the vents seemed clogged and had an odor when I turned them on each season. Stan came out and took his time explaining the procedure and the necessary repairs needed in terminology that I could understand. On the scheduled date Borys and James impressively arrived on time and immediately began work. During the job they came across a truly horrific obstacle in which they were very professional in removing. They made me feel very comfortable and confident in this decision I made to have this work done. Not only were they very professional, they cleaned up after themselves and left the area better than they found it. I am very pleased with their services. They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

A little miscommunication in the beginning, but they came out the next morning to make the repairs and made things right at my mom's house. will be recommending them to others.

I made a DIY error and ended up ripping a piece of copper pipe out of the wall in our bathroom. East Falls Plumbing picked up the phone, allowed me to text pics of the damage, and accurately assessed what it would cost to fix. The job was done the next day and they even installed the new faucet and shower head after fixing the pipe I broke. They even checked to make sure there wasn’t anything additional we needed before leaving. Friendly, professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Would recommend highly!

Alex and Ed are honest and professional. Other plumbers wanted to charge thousands to replace my pipes. Alex and Ed fixed everything by simply snaking my pipe. Five stars!

As a fellow plumber there are only a few guys I would recommend to one of my customers if my schedule was booked and I couldn’t personally assist them. And Keith is one of those guys. He’s extremely professional, and knowledgeable and I know if I needed a guy to help out one of my customers he would do a top notch job to keep everyone involved extremely happy. I had a major toilet blockage today and I contacted Tony. He came out very quickly and resolved my problem. He was very professional and even gave me tips on how to resolve similar issues in the future. I will definitely be using his plumbing services in the future.

I called to make an appointment to have someone check out one of my toilets that wasn’t draining all the way. The owner scheduled me for the next day then asked what the issue was. When I told him, he gave me some tips to try to fix it easily myself, and told me that he’d keep my appointment scheduled just in case the tips didn’t work. He also shared with me some history I didn’t know about the house I’m in now. His family’s company had done a lot of the plumbing work on the house almost 50 years ago! He was so patient and kind, and honest. The tip he gave me worked! He saved me money, taught me some cool history and some plumbing 101, and was all around such a kind and respectful person. If I ever need a plumber I will surely call this company. Such a great experience in a 5 minute phone call.

This is the worst experience I ever had. Their “sales specialist” tried to finesse me proclaiming everything was a package deal not justifying that they are just a clean up company and the plumber is separate. Trying to charge me $3700 just to clean up water(btw just a puddle full/nothing major and don’t even fix my pipes. Such a waist of time. Do not recommend at all.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. We had to have a part of our sewer line replaced and they came out the next day to check out what was going on, and within a couple weeks the job was done! Very fast, reliable and knowledgeable!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for plumbing issues! The prices are very reasonable, they won't try and screw you over like a lot of other plumbers would! Brian was great to communicate with!!
