Amazing job and fair price! I double checked prices with other companies which this company was 3rd to check but should’ve been 1st! They were fast and sufficient and knowledgeable with my needs. I’m now in comfort thanks to them. Btw i had an old heater that was over 25yrs old but they managed it.

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

I had an emergency supply line valve go bad. City plumbing team was out within hours of my request. I was surprised when the invoice for emergency work was very reasonably priced. These guys are pros.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Terrible company not professional at all. Stay away.

Called company on 01/05/18 for leaking pipe in basement they did send someone out to give an estimate only,I was told someone would come out later to do the work timeframe between 3pm-6pm received call 5min before 6`o'clock telling me they were unable to come out because they were really busy and would come out next day ,and I would receive a call I have called twice so far ,and they still haven't contacted me my leak is getting worst .

Mark was very professional and very knowledgeable, he answers all of our concerns and he has good timing. The area was clean after his work was completed. I would definitely request him for my next work.One advice I would give to the business in general is to give long time repeat customers a special discount of 5-8%. A small gesture to keep our relationship, since no one that I see in this business does this, we have been using Bill Frusco since 2004 with an installation of our home heater, cleaning and maintenance as well as some plumbing work.

The technician was fantastic. He came during the scheduled time. He was very polite, willing to wear a mask (we have high-risk family members), and wore shoe protectors.

I honestly can't say enough about Buzz! From the very friendly, helpful receptionists (who actually answered the phone unlike other plumbers), to Chris who came out to fix my leaky toilet. Chris was very polite, friendly and efficient! I think this will definitely be our new plumbing service!

Had an emergency at my theater, Playhouse West-Philadelphia over the weekend, with a play coming up and no heat in the building. I called over 15 heating repair companies, but none could do the job that day. Of the ones who could make it the next day, most wanted a huge emergency call fee. Veteran Owned answered the call and came out the same day, a Sunday morning, within 2 hours of my call. They also fixed the problem within minutes, no high emergency fee, and Chris, the repairman, took the time to assess the whole heating system and gave great advice on how the system was meant to work and how it could run better. As usual, veterans answer the call and do it with integrity, going above and beyond the call of duty. This company will now be the only company I call for service.
