They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

I have 11 people at my house for the holidays... and we had a backup in the basement. Boss Plumbing answered right away and was at my house within a couple hours (after another plumber told me they weren't available for 2 more days). City Plumbing was responsive, professional, and effective. They sent Alex and Ed the very next day after I called them. Alex did a fine job unclogging my kitchen drain and making certain my garbage disposal was working properly. They were careful to avoid any spillage of water from the drain. I very much appreciated their service.

I had an unexpected flooding issue in one of my bathrooms. There was sewage backing up the basement bathroom stall shower, laundry, and furnace room. So, I was unable to use any faucets, shower, or use the bathroom. Tony was able to make a last minute late night visit to resolve it. Thankfully the pipes didn’t need repair and only required a clearing of the sewer line.

They have a professional and courteous staff who take extreme caution when it comes to protecting their clients. The plumbers that came into my home all wore covid masks and gloves the whole time. Their service was great and so was the quality of their work.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.
