John was quick to call me back and was able to fit me into the schedule for the following day! His son replaced the igniter on my gas furnace quickly and was so nice!! He gave me a lot of tips and was patient enough to explain to me what had happened because I was curious. Will definitely call them next time I have any issues!!

Bill with East Falls Plumbing and Heating was incredibly honest and helpful! I cannot thank him enough. I had a mysterious leak in the basement of my new home. I did my due diligence by calling several plumbers to try to find the source of the problem and get quotes to fix it. Some competitors had me hire a drain specialist and they convinced me I needed to tear up the basement and into the concreate outside to replace both sewer and storm lines.However, Bill was able to find the actual source of the leak which was that the pump for the air conditioner had been knocked out of place, and therefore causing the mysterious leak. Bill popped the pump back into place and told me to keep an eye on it, and if it dries up, that was the source of the leak. Sure enough, a couple days later it completely dried.Bill saved me from this stressful situation, not to mention thousands of dollars with his knowledge and honesty. Since he was just there to give me a quote on the project, he didn’t charge me. Do your homework and trust Bill at East Falls Plumbing and Heating!

City plumbing saved the day.Alex, who is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly came to the rescue today to fix a clogged main sewer line at our home in South Kensington. The whole house was backed up starting on Christmas Eve. I tried calling around to several plumbing services in the city who would schedule me but never show up. Two days went by before I finally was put in contact with City Plumbing. She was very detailed and provided me all the information I needed for my appointment. Keith and Hasan went above and beyond trying to diagnose my issue. Good people are hard to find nowadays. Different plumbers come out before I finally found Tony. The first guy (from something “Rooters”) was rude but offered to do the job at a ridiculous amount. The second guy (from something Murphy) complained the whole time, took half the money, and said he’ll come back the next day to finish the job. Next day, he was 2 hours late. I told him don’t bother coming back.Tony was super professional, courteous, and quickly got the job done at a fair reasonable price. He took his time to figure out exactly what the problem was. I’m grateful for his patience and sensible demeanor. Good people are hard to find nowadays. I plan on saving his number and using his services in the future.

Murphy's Plumbing did a great job ?

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Worker’s were very professional and did a good job

I called Thompson Plumbing when I was not getting heat on the top floor of my three-story house. It is an old system that uses a boiler and hot water cast iron radiators. John came out and tweaked the pressure settings and bled the radiators resulting in fully warm and working system in an hour’s time. John did mention a radiator valve that may need to be replaced in the future. I highly recommend these guys.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

I own a 100+ year old duplex in Northern Liberties but am an out of state landlord. One of my tenants reported a plumbing issue, and I tried a plumber who came out and unclogged the drain, but didn't fix the problem causing the backup. So after asking two associates in the real estate business in Philadelphia who to call, both told me to call Best Choice. I'm glad that I did!The plumber I was lucky to have assigned to this job was Sam. He spent several hours trying to figure out and how to fix the issue, as it was complicated. His communication was excellent, and was on the phone with me several times during the day with updates and inquiries about the construction and history of the plumbing system so as to try to figure this out in the most minimally invasive way. Instead of starting with more expensive options, he worked through possible solutions to try to find a way to solve the problem cost effectively. Sam even called me later that evening to check on everything and to share his thoughts, as he was sincerely concerned.It's awesome to have found a plumber and a company that takes customer service seriously, as it seems to be a dying art. Sam was truly committed to figuring out what was going on and how to fix it, and I feel that I received outstanding service from a very knowledgeable plumber at a very fair price.Anytime I have a problem going forward, I will be on the phone with Best Choice!
