Best New System Installation in Philadelphia PA

This is a very long over due review.... had plumbing issues on Christmas morning and called around for help but no one answered. No one BUT goodman! Basically the shower faucet was dripping for awhile and I ignored it but on Christmas morning it started running (even though the know was turned off) a lot! Someone at goodman called me back on how to turn the water boiler off since only the hot was running. Then came out the next day to give me a quote and started the repairs a couple of days later. Shawn the tech was super nice and friendly. Great taste in background music and always gave me a heads up when something might get loud. He didn't mind my mom watching at all which was nice. (She loves to watch and learn). She also commented at the end that she has never seen such good plumbing work on our pipes (installed a valve and replaced the old shower faucets). That itself exceeds 5 stars as its very difficult to please her! Will use goodman again! Thank you goodman for taking my call 1 am Christmas morning and thank you Shawn for fixing the pipes!

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

East Falls Plumbing and Heating is excellent. Stop looking. Call them. This is your company.They have helped us with hot water radiators and with a sewer line issue-- both times fixing issues that other companies couldn't figure out.Most recently, they saved us from spending 10k to dig up a sewer line in the backyard (as a different company recommended and quoted) and instead sourced the issue as a simple clog. Super grateful we called them instead of destroying our yard for no reason...

Tony was sent by God!!! I had a hammering from my toilet pipes and he helped me solve the problem when other companies wanted to charge me an arm and leg and thigh! He educated me about the issue while getting it resolved. As a woman customer I felt safe and empowered!!!

I had an excellent experience as a customer of Economy Drain - speaking with the owner was pleasant and straightforward. The serviceman Tommy arrived promptly at the beginning of a morning window, performed excellent work and got my drain system flowing perfectly, and was a great guy to talk with on top of everything. He answered my questions about other services and explained all options clearly at every step of the process. I have found my plumbing services provider for the foreseeable future in Kensington!

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

Turner Brothers came to the rescue when my new home was broken into and all the copper pipes were stolen for scrap money. After comparing prices from two other plumbers, Turner Bro's returned the most reasonable. Not only did Brian come out the same day, he and his associate also gave up their evenings from 7-10 pm to make sure we had running water again knowing that they had no other availability during the week. Their work was neat, everything is mostly functioning as it should, and I can't thank these guys enough!

I've used Bill Frusco several times in the last few years, and they are always fantastic. I most recently hired them to replace my AC and furnace. Billy came out on a Tuesday, and was by far more professional than people from other companies I sought estimates from. He actually measured the unit, realized my old one was too big for why house, and gave me more appropriate options based on the size of my house. No one else bothered to do that. Two days later, Mark, Brendan, and another guy (I didn't get his name, but he did some electrical work) got the units installed, made modifications to get everything up to current code. and explained everything they did and how to work the new thermostat. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and neat. The units were installed about three weeks ago, and everything in running beautifully. I'm very grateful that the process was so quick, especially when so many companies are scheduling work months in advance and/or have supply chain issues.

Great service and communication. They came to my house and i told him what my problems was and he let me know what was going on and solved it with no problem. They were able to take care of what they needed to do and i didnt even have to worry!!!

Chris responded quickly to fix a faulty water heater, and then was thoughtful—and took the extra time—to include the best information on our invoice to ensure we got reimbursed by the water heater manufacturer. Veteran will be my first call the next time around.
