Called due to loss of hot water in our house. They called right back and were able to send someone out the same morning. Nick came in, was professional and explained what was wrong and what the options were. Once I made the decision he was able to install a new hot water heater and was done before lunch. He explained the new hot water heater and what to expect immediately after. Nick was great we would definitely use Goodman again.

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. After contacting two other plumbers without success. Boss plumbing were able to come out A.S.A.P. Warren & his partner were professional and knowledgeable in what I needed for my basement and outside drain. He also referred me to another company for something else that needed to be done in my basement.

I made a DIY error and ended up ripping a piece of copper pipe out of the wall in our bathroom. East Falls Plumbing picked up the phone, allowed me to text pics of the damage, and accurately assessed what it would cost to fix. The job was done the next day and they even installed the new faucet and shower head after fixing the pipe I broke. They even checked to make sure there wasn’t anything additional we needed before leaving. Friendly, professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Would recommend highly!

Noticed a leak from basement ceiling. Called Bill Frusco Plumbing and they came out within a couple of hours. They investigated and diagnosed a leak from my refrigerator in the kitchen. Because of water damage, their water restoration people came out (1Stop Water Removal) and they performed their necessary job to dry up everything promptly. Everything is good now and I was very pleased with the promptness and kindness and quality of work!

Decent plumber

I decided to use Drains R Us because of the great reviews and because they were open on Sunday. My pipes were clogged and we couldn't use any water at all (toilets, shower, sink, etc) without flooding in the basement. I called first thing Sunday and Kit got back to me very quickly. In an hour, Tuan was at my door, another hour later and the water is flowing! Tuan was nothing but professional the entire time, taking his shoes off when he came in (without me asking) explaining the issue and ways I can prevent it from happening in the future. Finding a service that you can trust can be nerve racking but I plan on calling them for any issues in the future and recommending them to friends in the area. I don't use a plumber often so I am not familiar with their pricing, but according to my brother who is also in the city, who had the same issue and used a well known plumbing service, Drains R Us gave are a fair price. Michelle was very informative on helping me with my problem. I sent her pictures and the next morning she got someone to come check out my drain. It was less than 10 mins and my problem was solved. I’m very happy and the guys were very nice and informative. Definitely would call them agian on future problem.
