I am writing this review for my mother, Jane Bradin. She just had Zac and Brand in her home to replace a sewer line. She was very happy with them and their work. They were polite, on time, very professional. When the drain from her tub fell out while they were fixing the sewer line, they gave her the option to just re install the old one or replace with a new one. They replaced it for her even though it would add time to an already long day. They cleaned everything up after themselves. She would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. This is your company.They have helped us with hot water radiators and with a sewer line issue-- both times fixing issues that other companies couldn't figure out.Most recently, they saved us from spending 10k to dig up a sewer line in the backyard (as a different company recommended and quoted) and instead sourced the issue as a simple clog. Super grateful we called them instead of destroying our yard for no reason...

Respectful workers that get on the job

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Was able to come same day and came earlier than expected. Gavin fixed our clogged pipe quick and was very nice and professional.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

After one of our air conditioning units in our home went out we called them and they immediately scheduled a maintenance worker to come to our home around 8 PM to investigate and fix the problem if possible.

This people are high way robbers. They came out to my home to fix a valve under my bathroom sink. The guy said he would charge us 150.00 and he would fix it. I thought he had to do a big fix because that is he said the pipes because that is what he said he would do. In less than 15 minutes he was done. I felt that I was robbed because he said he had to do this and that. I think for such a simple job I should have been charge less.
