They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. He automatically responds; Were booked I sighed then he said; Whats wrong? I was like; My tub is clogged and.. Before I could finish he informed me that he was driving and check with this other company and hung up. I am sad

Living in a 100 year old house, plumbing is a huge stressor! We have an old tub with a 2 handle faucet that had been leaking excessively, I was looking for a plumber who had experience working with these as we weren’t looking to tear up our tile and upgrade the whole shower quite yet. I was hopeful based on his work on social media that he was the best option to repair it!I contacted Tony who was able to come within a day to come take a look. Tony arrived promptly, discussed our options, was transparent on pricing, and set reasonable expectations! Luckily we were able to get everything repaired same day as Tony had the parts we needed on hand, though I’m confident he would’ve found the best options for us if this wasn’t the case.No more leaky faucet, would recommend!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Techs are arrogant and poorly trained. After $1500 and multiple visits, I still have a kitchen sink and garbage disposal that do not work. Save yourself some sweat and call a proper plumber.

Called for a clogged sink drain they were there within an hour. Didn’t take them long at all. Unclogged my drain and replaced part of the pipe. Very knowledgeable told me all the things that was wrong and will need replacing/fixing in the future.
