Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). Kit & Joey spent 5 hrs. at my house today unclogging some old pipes with tough to remove clogs. Kit was very honest before he began the work by telling me that snaking the drains may put a hole in the home’s old pipes. He said he’d give it a gentle try and if the drains didn’t clear, he’d have to remove old pipe, replace it with new, and in the instance of the kitchen sink, reroute the pipe. Fortunately, Kip & Joey were very skilled in manipulating the blockages, and very patient, so all blockages were cleared. They also replaced piping and faucets in my kitchen & bath. It was a lot of work, but they never complained. All estimates Kip quoted up front remained in place & were very fair. I’m hiring them agaIn mid-September to replace my water heater & sump pump. Thank you Kip & Joey!

I had a clogged sewer line , and a break in my main water pipe at the curb. water was coming out the sidewalk running down the block . I gave greater works plumbing a call and Quentin was very knowledgeable about the problem and coming up with solution. They unclogged my drain and repaired my water line in 1 day and was very professional and clean. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

My water heater sprung a leak last night. Their on-call guy helped me figure out how to turn off the water & gas to the heater. Then they came out today to install a new unit. They were courteous, professional and affordable. I'd never used them before but would not hesitate to use them again!
