Bill with East Falls Plumbing and Heating was incredibly honest and helpful! I cannot thank him enough. I had a mysterious leak in the basement of my new home. I did my due diligence by calling several plumbers to try to find the source of the problem and get quotes to fix it. Some competitors had me hire a drain specialist and they convinced me I needed to tear up the basement and into the concreate outside to replace both sewer and storm lines.However, Bill was able to find the actual source of the leak which was that the pump for the air conditioner had been knocked out of place, and therefore causing the mysterious leak. Bill popped the pump back into place and told me to keep an eye on it, and if it dries up, that was the source of the leak. Sure enough, a couple days later it completely dried.Bill saved me from this stressful situation, not to mention thousands of dollars with his knowledge and honesty. Since he was just there to give me a quote on the project, he didn’t charge me. Do your homework and trust Bill at East Falls Plumbing and Heating!

Such a great find! Tony responded to my call quickly and worked around my schedule. He was very efficient, polite and very clean! (I hate having to clean after workers make a mess!) Most importantly, when I asked Tony about a different project I need help with, he was honest in admitting he was not qualified for that job! Tony is now my go to plumber!

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

Economy got to our house really quick after our water heater sprung a leak. They identified that the water heater needed to be replaced and replaced it in less than 2 hours. I appreciated that speed and responsive to our emergency situation. There were some minor details/issues they left behind, and if I did this again I may have slowed down a bit to get another quote before proceeding. But overall I am happy with Economy.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

No one wants to have to replace your sewer pipes, but if you do, these are your guys. They were responsive, explained every detail of the process, helped us navigate our insurance and did a wonderful job. The guys were friendly, they worked quickly (dug up the sidewalk, replaced the pipe and reset the hole in one day) and left the job site spotless. Very professional, highly recommend!

Tuan went above and beyond to help us with our plumbing issues that we’ve been experiencing for about 2-3 weeks now. We had a few technicians come out before we got Tuans number from a family member and those previous technicians seemed like they were just trying to scam us. I appreciated working with Tuan because he was upfront, straightforward and honest (and also a complete JOY TO BE AROUND! Great personality). I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Were never going to need another plumber again and I am so thankful. Thank you Tuan!!!

Most Reasonable Reliable Plumbers, They Came Out & Unclogged My Drain Front To Back In About 10 Minutes. Also GWC , repaired the leak on my water heater . They were clean cut & showed good workmanship. Took them about 20 mins. I will call them for all my plumbing issues.

Chris was awesome. He came out he explained everything in detail. He also advised me of a problem I didn’t know I had. He gave me a reasonable estimate. I will totally recommend this company to everyone I know. Chris was knowledgeable. He was personable. He was honest. I can’t say enough about this company. I have recommended them to everyone who asked about my problem. Chris is truly a Godsend.

Found Mcloughlin on Kohler’s website. My own plumber was reluctant to work on a Kohler shower. Mcloughlin came out right away, had the part on their truck and took about 15 mins to install it. The service person was great.My only complaint was that I didn’t fully understand that they charge per visit. It cost me $500 to have a part installed that probably cost less than $100.Glad I had it fixed quickly instead of waiting weeks for a part to come in but I should have questioned the bill further before I agreed to move ahead. They do everything on an iPad & I didn’t take the time to read it. The receipt they provided did not provide the actual cost of the part. Seems like they take advantage of unsuspecting customers a bit. I’ll shops around next time before using them again.

We remodeled our kitchen and our master bath. This contractor is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. They worked with our schedule to complete our remodel and we are very pleased. Thank you Rob!!!
