I called Economy and they came out the next day. They gave me a 2 hr. window and immediately followed up my call w/ a confirmation text and email and even showed up early. The tech, Tommy, was very helpful and professional. Economy was very responsive and professional, and I would definitely use them again.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

BUYER BEWARE!! I paid $200 on July 5th to check my garbage disposal and find a leak. I was told my sink was clogged. The plumber they sent did not properly unclog my sink because here it is July 6 and my sink is still clogged and something is still leaking. Needless to say I gave away $200 YESTERDAY! Don’t give your money away like me. Go elsewhere!!

The days of horrible plumbers are over. Book Veteran Plumbing online and you are set. We had a clogged drain that previous plumbers could not unclog. Veteran Plumbing sent Kelly out to fix it. It was a trick clog but Kelly tackled it. She was patient, reassuring and neat and tidy. Kelly was a pleasure to work with, she trully knows plumbing. She is now our go to plumber. It was a complete pleasure working with such a knowledgeable plumber. The cherry on top was not only that she fixed it but she was so neat and considerate of our space. Thank you Kelly!!!

The tech(don) arrived right on time and was Knowledgeable on steam systems. He was proficient with his wrk and took the time to explain what he was going to do and how he would do it. He also answered the several questions that I had and also provided tips on self maintenance. The sight flaw valve assembly was a little pricey but it needed to be done. Greg, with the assistance of son Greg and Fess, did an excellent job installing new shower and tub units in two of our bathrooms. We could not be more pleased with the results! We commend them on their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. They were respectful of our home, accommodating, responsive, and punctual. Greg had done a plumbing job for us previously with which we were equally pleased.

The list of what went wrong with renovating 2 bathrooms is too long to post. 2 years later, look at what was discovered by my contractor. McClain Brothers had installed a new tub in my house by cutting a five foot piece out of joist- without replacing any support. Needless to say the tub has settled and grout has already begun cracking. This was and continues to be a nightmare. Buyer beware.
