Nick was an outstanding plumber and guided us through this process. He also went above and beyond helping us with this situation that we’ve been in before. Was always polite. And explained things that were happening. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

We've been using Boss for a while now. They are the only ones we trust. They are friendly, professional, and good at what they do.We even used their services to repair some plumbing at my grandparents house and they would take the time to explain to them what needed to be done and why. Our most recent call was to fix some corroded pipes so our new washer could be hooked up. As soon as I sent some pics of the pipes he sent me an estimate and showed up within in an hour of us confirming. It's hard to know who to trust with your home but we feel comfortable with Boss.

Our kitchen sink back up yesterday and we called City Plumbing. They took our info and within four hours we had an appointment. The service person called in advance to give us a 30 minute time frame of when he was to arrive. Came on time, wore a mask, and was professional in his work. In less than 30 minutes fixed our sink and shared good practices to avoid trouble in the future. His name was Alex and we were pleased with their service.

I am very pleased with KCS Plumbing’s services. They are responsive, efficient, and professional. I called regarding a broken garbage disposal and sink that wouldn’t drain. They arrived on time and fixed my sink and garbage disposal almost immediately. The plumbers were both polite, professional, and even cleaned up after themselves before leaving my home. I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

John from Thompson plumbing was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure our new refrigerator was properly installed, and did so with kindness and good humor. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Had Dan from Roger Ross come out to do a simple shower cartridge replacement and during the install my 5 year old managed to get ahold of a critical screw and chucked it under the tub and down the wall, essentially gone. Dan was able to quickly revert course and get us a path forward quickly which was highly appreciated with three kids under 5!! Quality work, shows up on time, polite, highly recommend.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. My inside shut off valve was dripping. They turned it and it start drpping worse. They then went to turn off the outside valve and snapped it. Now there was no way to turn off the water. Then someone showed up with a big claw truck to dig up the street and didn't tell me. I stopped them before they got it off the flat bed. They also never gave me a estimate before they started. to do any work. They did inform me on the phone that they wanted the whole payment. I later found out that it would have cost me $3,800 to $4,200.after I called them three times to ask. No mention of the fact that they broke the the shut off value.I ended up with someone else. They didn't need to dig up the street only a portion oof my pavement. Fix within an hour

Not only did Kelly resolve my issue with a problematic saniflo toilet that 3 other plumbers told me they couldn’t/wouldn’t fix—she gave me valuable information about my house, how to maintain the toilet, and how to help prevent the issues from happening again. We’ve had other plumbers out to fix this toilet in the past. None ever helped me out with that info. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough.
