I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. Boss Plumbing was amazing. Warren came and did the job in the same day. his pricing was extremely reasonable! I plan on using him again for all of my plumbing needs.I even had a issue after he left, and he was more than willing to help me out even though technically the job was done.I wholeheartedly recommend Boss Plumbing. I might add that the estimate and payments were very easy to work out, no hidden fees. He quotes you what it will cost and then gets after it.When I go tankless in a year, there is no one else I would contract with.

East Falls P&H took on re-plumbing and installation of a new boiler including a number of (very heavy!) radiators in a house that had been empty for many years. Everything was done in the time frame they presented at the cost of the original estimate with absolutely no complications on my part. A few minor problems with the updated system were corrected quickly. Bill stayed in touch and was responsive to inquiries throughout the process . Highly recommend them for plumbing and heating work.

They came out said they cleaned the drain and didn’t finish the job. They just tried charging more and more money! How can you do business with these people. I’ll find another service who’s willing to do the work for a fair price!

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

Very rude. I thought I had an appointment arranged then missed a call as I was putting a child to bed. I called within five minutes of the missed call to find he cancelled my request. His response was that's life in the big city. Anyone with this kind of attitude is not worth my business.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

I'm feeling torn about this review. As a new homeowner I have a learning curve and navigating the ups and downs of a newly bought first house is hard enough. We had a terrible time with our basement and long story short after a rat invasion and a rehab of an already renovated basement we figured out our plumbing issue. Turner Brother's were the 2nd opinion. We decided to go with them. They were attentive, had the gear (including a scope that certain plumbers do not have), and Brian gave us the name of a guy who got us some money back on the 10,000.00 we had to spend from bad building. Well just a little money, but it was nice and something. The plumbing so far seems good. Its working and it's been since Jan/Feb2018. They had to dig in front of our house and created a big big mess. I didn't mind. Get it done and working! The cement was hastily done because it was cold and they are plumbers. That's not their job. However, we gave them a deposit to do the cement in the spring when it warmed up. Since spring, I've talked to Brian twice, and 4 or 5 other people. We've had no call backs from anyone and now NO ONE answers my phone call. I certainly don't mind getting someone else to do the cement work but I WOULD like my deposit for it back since it is a 1/4 of how much it will cost. Also I really wish someone from Turner Brothers would just call to tell me that they have too much on their plate. It makes me suspicious of the work they've done in the ground. In my opinion how you begin and end a job is what sticks with people. I'm not sure I'd use these guys again. So frustrated.

My condensate pump stopped working, so I decided to call Best choice. In the heat of the summer, I have an appt with them from the time frames 12 to 2. The guys arrived more around 3 pm... didn't get the job done my AC wasn't working correctly. They admitted they weren't the hvac guys ( they were the plumbers). They stated I would have to call the office and schedule again... meanwhile it's 99 degrees outside! They arrived again on a Tuesday and replaced the pump. My issue is they never installed the shut off switch on the wall and there were wires everywhere. They just came out Monday and stated that my AC unit is blowing hot air and how it's due to the insulation under the dry wall... fast forward to today and I just had the drywall removed to get the insulation out. Thought that would help with the ventilation (as they recommended). Turned on the AC and its still blowing hot air. I don't know what else to do but I will never recommend this company to anyone. The only guy that I can say is very knowledgable from this company is the senior HVAC technician that goes by the name of Jimmy.

Plumbers just left! excellent service, explained the situation thoroughly and were upfront and honest about costs. Very quick and efficient with their work. The two gentlemen who came were also very kind and professional! Would recommend!

Happy holidays Buzz Duzz Plumbing. This review is long and long overdue. If you live in a very old home a cast iron boiler plumber may be hard to find. In prep for major surgery I wanted to make sure that my house was warm and comfortable during my recovery. It was not last winter. Pockets of cold areas in the radiator system along with a pump that shut off without reason from time to time left the house with such a chill. The pipes connected to a relatively new bolder had started to turn green. And one of my radiators started to leak. None of the plumbers I contacted work with cast iron. Finally i contacted a company that sells radiators and she gave me a list of only 6 companies. I choose Buzz Duzz (what a great name.) Mr Buzz came out and surveyed my entire system like an old veteran. (I was surprised at the youthful appearance of Mr Buzz). He made me aware of many things. Firstly, the boiler have been wrongly installed by the first contractor. Also he overcharged me by a few thousand dollars..that hurt. The contractor installed the pump upside down so the pressure was limited. It caused corrosion and infrequent shut offs. My pipes began to turn green. My dining room was warm, my living room was cold, my bathroom cold, bedroom half warm/cold, etc. The piping was too small and the chimney was never cleaned out so i was also experiencing a potential carbon monoxide poison issue. The piping was too small. The overflow tank was improperly ordered, replaced and hung. The shut off valve was installed wrong. Couplings we're wrong and so on and so on. It's amazing it ran at all. PGW came out twice turn on the gas with these safety issues in place some of which contradict their own safety codes. I later spoke to PGW they said it wasn't their job BUT had they made me aware I would not have used that contractor again. It was the first job I gave him after a fire, had I known it was done wrong i would not have given him other work in the home some of which was also was also poorly done.Buzz have me a good quote and told me he would be sending 3 expert plumbers that would show up early and work all day. Stan, Dan and tenacious Tom came out a few months later early and worked all day. Three extremely experienced and knowledgeable plumbers replaced all the piping to the boiler with brand new superior grade piping and increased width pipes. Installed the proper overflow tank in the proper place. Replaced/ installed the pump right side up. Squeaky cleaned the chimney stack. Replaced several bleeder valves and bled the system. Now my system runs so smooth with power and my entire house is warm even unexpectedly..my basement. My grand nieces and nephews when they visit sleep in the basement. Now no there's no carbon monoxide poison leak possibility and no winter colds. No constant shut offs, no cold rooms. My boiler/heater looks fantastic and i am recovering in utmost comfort. I was fortunate in the timing of these repairs so mangy shortages and in my choice of company. I hope these crafts continue to be handed down to youth.
