We called Goodman, to service our heater. James our technician, was prompt. (Even early). He took his time to diagnose our problem. As my husband suspected, it was a thermocoupliin. Five Star rating! James, also installed carbon monoxide detectors,, a complimentary service from the company! James also noted our very old hot water heater, which we will be replacing it soon. He gave us an estmate. Hopefully, James will be our tech again in the near future! Good work, James! also,explained everything as he went about the repair.

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

East Falls Plumbing and Heating replaced our old lead water line coming in from the street. They were very neat and professional and we would definitely recommend and use them again!

They came out said they cleaned the drain and didn’t finish the job. They just tried charging more and more money! How can you do business with these people. I’ll find another service who’s willing to do the work for a fair price!

Our neighbors recommended KCS Plumbing from a recent leak over Thanksgiving weekend. So, when we had a leak of unknown origins in the basement, we called them. KCS arrived the same day and found the source of the issue and fixed it. They were so friendly and took time to explain the issue and our options to fix it, even though it was late in the evening. They also cleaned up after. I have added them to my phone contacts and would recommend them to any friend.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I had an emergency with my oil heater and I called Brian Turner with Turner Brothers. I called his number around 9:00 AM. I explained my problem to the answering service and he was at my house at 11:30 AM. He checked the problem, explained what he needed to do and then told me the estimate and I hired him. He came back to do the service at 4:00 PM and finished in 2 hours. He was very friendly and easy going. He made sure everything was on and cleaned up.
