Overall grade D...I will say their customer service is what saved them from an F.My early morning service call was answered. a technician was scheduled to come out to my home within 2 to 3 hours. 1st issue was my attic fan, Mentor gets on his ladder opens the attics crawl space shines his flash light makes a diagnosis, gets off the ladder. 2nd issue, an outlet switch kept dropping out. He said he replaced it and till this day it still drops out losing power. The estimate to replace the attic fan was high. The supposedly changed outlet was expensive. In my view it was a WASTE of MONEY. Sorry I won’t be calling them back.Grade C

After one week I called Gen3 and talk to Janey on a Wednesday. By Friday Jim and Jeff had installed and had my hot water heater running. They did an AWESOME job. After they finish the job Jim and Jeff took the time to show me the work they did.Thank you for your service Gen3

Duka and his team were wonderful. They completed a huge job in an “as in” property we recently purchased in one day. John and Fred were a pleasure to work with. I had 5 indoor and outdoor fixtures installed, 2 ceiling fans, a TV outlet, dimmer switches, GFCI, flush mount lights and recessed lights all installed in two days. John kept the price fair and in my price range. I'm am so thrilled with the look of everything. Will be using Express Power in the future for living room TV and more recessed lights. Quality work at a fair price, done efficiently!

Absolutely atrocious, very very high, fraudulent quoting practices, lucky we did not do any major work with these people and got a second opinion. Do not let them do an inspection on your house, it's absolute garbage.
