Amazing job and fair price! I double checked prices with other companies which this company was 3rd to check but should’ve been 1st! They were fast and sufficient and knowledgeable with my needs. I’m now in comfort thanks to them. Btw i had an old heater that was over 25yrs old but they managed it.

I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. I had a very wonderful experience using Boss Plumbing. Warren was amazing, friendly and very professional . He responded quick during all communication. He was knowledgable and very detailed in explaining everything that I had issues with. I called bc I had a leak with my boiler and he detected other things that I was wasn’t aware of. Services have been great! I have used them for my home and today for my mom’s house due to a leak coming from the cold water for the water heater. They immediately came as soon as possible diagnose the problem and fixed it all within an hour. Got everything up to code and install properly. Great work!

Just had a major drain clog in the master bathroom cleared by Bill Frusco Plumbing. The two technicians, “G” and Jimmy were top notch. They went out of their way to protect our home and the white carpets we have. In addition to wearing shoe covers, the laid about 75 feet of tarps (up the stairs, down the hall, through the master bedroom, and into the bathroom) to ensure their work boots and equipment would not damage or soil our rugs. That was very much appreciated. Their knowledge of their craft was apparent as they explained every step in using an endoscope-like camera to inspect the pipes to determine the location of the clog, then insert another cable to clear the clog, then re-insert the camera to ensure the clog was cleared and look for any other irregularities that could cause problems in the future. When finished, they removed their equipment, took up the tarps, and cleaned the toilet and the bathroom floor. You would never have known they were there. Who else does that? I would gladly use them again and highly recommend them.

Avoid. Way over priced and dangerous. The only work that didn't have to get cut out and done over was done by his apprentices.

Veteran is top notch! Chris just left and did an excellent job relocating our plumbing for washer and dryer hookups. He was was on time, professional, down to earth and answered a ton of questions after putting 3 + hrs in working solo. I cannot say enough good things, highly recommend.

Had a leak from the second floor bathroom going all the way down to the basement. They were at my home ASAP, had the leak located and started the job. Prompt professional service. Price was more than fair and more importantly they cleaned up and you would have no idea they were there.Hard to find these kind of professionals now a days in this environment. Frank did a very good job in fixing and replacing a section of sewer stand pipe in the basement. He had to break up the concrete floor, extract the old pipe that had a crack in it and insert a new cast iron section of the pipe. He was efficient and competent and cleaned up everything. Very satisfied.

What is the point of having and emergency on call number if noone calls you back? I've been calling since 7:30 to have my pipes unclogged and the operator said there is noone oncall for emergencies to help me I should get a call by 8 am tomorrow!!! This needs to be done now not tomorrow there is water backing up into my basement with feces and urine and I have kids!!! I would never recommend you guys or call ever again. Bad business practices do not advertise you are open for 24/7 emergency services when your not
