I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

After striking out with two other plumbers, I was referred to Roger Ross Plumbing by a friend. Roger came out to give me an estimate on a Friday and was able to schedule the work for me on Tuesday, only a few days later. He addressed a variety of issues in a second floor bath, including replacing the drain line, installing a new vanity and faucet (which required moving the water lines to accommodate a larger vanity), and reinstalling an existing toilet (which required a new flange). Bob and Tyler were very knowledgeable and did excellent work. They even volunteered to install the hardware on the vanity for me. Roger stopped by midday to check on the progress. I am so happy to have this bathroom that's been a problem for several months fixed in less than a day. The price was very fair for all the work completed. Thank you!

10pm on a Monday flood at the house!. The trusty never touched water heater in my finished basement from 2003 finally popped, in Manayunk. 7am Tuesday onward, calls to (3) different local recommended plumbers and Home Depot's service. Andy was the only one to return my call, could be to the house in an hour, and was there on time. In minutes, had a proper recommendation, answered my random but what about... questions, and even told me skip the added warranty. I'm on the road 24/7, and Andy had my old tank out, a new larger tank installed, everything reset, and back to functioning immediately. Terrific service, always responsive, and handled. Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

These guys are subpar are best. They don't show on time, don't care about permits, and have a shody clean up. If I were you it'd be my best choice to just throw their number away and keep looking.

The folks that fixed my broken trap were a pleasure to work with. I had sewage backing up into my basement which was an utter nightmare - especially because I have two tenants that also live on the property. They came out first thing in the morning, and worked straight through until about 6:30p. All is fixed and I can flush again without worrying about a nasty, nasty mess.
