I hired Gen3 to wire for ceiling fans and swap recessed lighting fixtures for a pendant fixture. The crew on site was Dan and Jon, and they were training a 3rd electrician (it was his first day). My conclusion with Gen3 is that you get what you pay for. They are certainly expensive compared to other electricians, but they have higher standards. The work was completed within the day as promised, to a high level of quality, and Dan communicated well with me throughout the day. Considering the amount of drywall dust, they cleaned up well.My only complaint is that the 3rd tech was being trained to patch drywall for the first time in my house, resulting in some poor quality patches compared to those done by Dan. I fully understand that I hired an electrician and not a drywall contractor, but I would recommend Gen3 does some shop training of new staff first. Otherwise, I am satisfied (despite having an empty wallet!)

Great service - Came the same day that I called, listened, was kind to my family and respectful of my house. Played detective to a home inspectors inaccurate claims, wrote up a clear and concise explanation and added a GFC outlet. I would hire them again in a second! Good, honest, friendly people!

John and Fred were a pleasure to work with. I had 5 indoor and outdoor fixtures installed, 2 ceiling fans, a TV outlet, dimmer switches, GFCI, flush mount lights and recessed lights all installed in two days. John kept the price fair and in my price range. I'm am so thrilled with the look of everything. Will be using Express Power in the future for living room TV and more recessed lights. I had a room breaker go out and needed a fixture switched from gcfi to a regular outlet. The fix was pushing the breaker button and then switching out the outlet. I had a few concerns post install but had a lightening fast follow up after I filled out my survey and they quickly resolved my issues above my expectations.

Absolutely atrocious, very very high, fraudulent quoting practices, lucky we did not do any major work with these people and got a second opinion. Do not let them do an inspection on your house, it's absolute garbage.
