They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

Warren and his crew are second to none. We had a toilet back up on Friday night and then I noticed a leak in the old, original cast iron sewage pipe. After making a number of calls for middle of the night plumbing service, Warren was the sole person to call me back. I am so happy he did. His team came out to diagnose the issue. Every step of the way, they explained what they were doing and what problems they found. Even when it came down to shock that the entire line (from curb to the middle of my house) had to be replaced, Warren assured that he would take care of us and get it fixed. Fast forward two days later, Warren had a team of five (including himself) out here at 7:30 and they are just now filling in the holes at 23:00. They removed and replaced the storm and sewage lines in a day. Read that again. A single day. Not a shoddy rush job. Consistent, great work.This is how you earn customers for life. I had my water heater die after a good 14 year run, I called City Plumbing and they were able to get a crew onsite to swap out the old water heater with a new water heater in the same day. The guys who showed up were very professional, courteous and they cleaned up the work area when the job was complete. I would highly recommend going with this company for any plumbing needs.

My water heater broke....again on Christmas Eve. Alot of so called 24/7 businesses would not come out. I called Tony who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He held my hand throughout the entire process of purchasing and installing my new hot water heater!!! As a new homeowner, I learned a lot from Tony and he will be my only plumber from now on! Honest, trustworthy, professional, responsive and on time!!!

Steven was great, reliable, and hilarious. We had a toilet installed improperly from a prior contractor and Steven came by to look at the issue and he even went to the store to get necessary parts for the repair and completed the job!

They just left and couldn’t be happier with their work and communication. A family ring fell down kitchen sink, somehow bypassing the garbage disposal and P catch. They came out a couple hours after we called, found the ring using a camera and luckily it was at a point in the pipes that was easy to get to. It cost exactly what they quoted on the phone which was pretty reasonable considering it was a Sunday. Would recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

They came when I needed them. Took my old water heater and replaced it with a new one. Thank you so much. The young men who did the work were very funny. I appreciate everything they did. I wish I could've gotten their names I would mention them in this write up but they were very very nice guys.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

Recently, as the weather turned colder, I thought I was turning on the heater, but nothing happened. My house felt like a barn. I called Aqua Plumbing & Heating and the next day Billy arrived and fixed the problem and took the time to bleed the radiators. I truly appreciate the quick, efficient service. I will keep their contact info handy - just in case.

On August 6th, 2019, I had a new Curbtrap and Lateral pipe replaced in the front of my home by Bill Frusco Plumbing Co. I must say that I was very pleased and happy with their work. They were also easily accessible by phone if I had any questions or concerns. I joined a special program sponsored by the City of Philadelphia called American Water Resources. It covers repairs and new street pipes for Philadelphia residents. You just have to pay a monthly charge which is very very reasonable for the consumer. It is a great program!! They contracted me out to Bill Frusco Plumbing Company. I recommend all Philadelphians to join American Water Resources since it will dramatically cut the high costs of hiring a private plumber.

Great prompt service at fair prices. My wife and I really appreciated him cleaning up his work area. I would recommend to anyone.

Basement flooded due to broken pipes. Splash did an awesome job replacing the pipes, kept my house clean & helped w/insurance reimbursement.

We've used Veterans several times now for all plumbing issues. Our tech has always been professional and courteous, wearing shoe covers in the house without even being asked and maintaining a very neat workspace. Most recently, they ended up not even charging us to fix a small leak under the sink, even though he was here for an hour. Great company for any HVAC and plumbing needs and we will continue using them in the future. Also love that it is veteran-run and employes vets. Thanks again guys!

Derrick is truly amazing! I have an up-flush toilet system that many plumbers are unfamiliar with how to repair or replace. Derrick replaced it with ease. He was very communicative and professional throughout the process. He has superb customer service skills which are hard to come by now a days. I will be using precision plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

I called your company after getting nowhere with the Home Warranty contractor. Rob Mini was excellent. He took the time and explained everything he did. He also made other recommendations which will make my unit more safe and efficient. I am so thankful for his assistance.
