Best Heat Water in Philadelphia PA

Woke up to a plumbing issue that resulted in PGW cutting our gas off.. Called several plumbers who gave us ridiculous quotes just to come out and couldn’t come out right away.. A few hours later received a call back from Neill jr stating he just finished a job and could be right over. About 30 mins later the guys were at my door, they diagnosed the problem and 20 mins later it was fixed and the job was less than $300. We’re beyond satisfied and will be using again. I highly recommend their services.

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

Steve and his crew are the best, they got me out of a real tight spot, I am in Calgary and my rental house had a water leak while it was -1000. He shuffled some people around and had someone there within the hour, totally crushed it, 100% would recommend and use again.

I had my water heater die after a good 14 year run, I called City Plumbing and they were able to get a crew onsite to swap out the old water heater with a new water heater in the same day. The guys who showed up were very professional, courteous and they cleaned up the work area when the job was complete. I would highly recommend going with this company for any plumbing needs.

Tony was awesome! His experience and professionalism was quickly demonstrated when he diagnosed the problem and got to fixing it right away. He was at my house for maybe an hour and thirty minutes total. He was able to get to me the same day I called and was an absolutely friendly man. He has lots of work experience and it shows, he'll do his best to fix something while also being humble enough to tell you when it's out of his control. 10/10 would recommend.

They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

What a rare treat: a fully honest and forthcoming plumbing & heating contractor who actually managed to convince me that spending on a new high-efficiency hydronic boiler (to replace an inoperable 35+ yr. old Weil-McLain) would be a waste. Their tech arrived promptly and, rather than up-sell us (as other contractors had), he quietly replaced a few parts to service and repair the existing unit. He had the system back up and running perfectly after a mere .5 hr. Nice, pleasant and informative experience that saved us thousands, so we are immensely pleased with the quality of service from Thompson Plumbing and Heating.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. He figured out the problem, established a plan and worked it through. I know that it took much longer than anticipated but the long and the short of it is that was a much more extensive job than we all thought it would be. I couldn't be happier with the result.This is not my first time using Best Choice and should the need arise, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Services have been great! I have used them for my home and today for my mom’s house due to a leak coming from the cold water for the water heater. They immediately came as soon as possible diagnose the problem and fixed it all within an hour. Got everything up to code and install properly. Great work!
