Best Gas Water Heater in Philadelphia PA

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. Great Job and very fair price! So I live in a condo and we had a leak under my tub (the building is old). PJ and Earl spec'ed the job yesterday and John and Pat fixed it today. They used tarps to protect my floor, answered all my questions and cleaned up (what little) debris they made. All four techs were pleasant and easy-going. These are my new goto plumbers.

The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Jimmy and Nick were WONDERFUL! They are astute professionals, cognitive of quarantine protocols, and I will ask for them personally in the future. I even threw a surprise leaky toilet/wax ring job on them at the last minute and they were able to address that issue along with a pipe and shut off valve replacement on another toilet and got our household back up and running. They came through the ICE (we are in the middle of a nasty icy winter storm as I write this) and were both exceedingly professional and explained everything so a layman like myself could understand. My family and I have used Bill Frusco Plumbing for many years and for years to come. I wish I could give a million stars. Thank you guys again so very much.. I will sleep better tonight knowing my bathroom won't be in my dining room by morning.

tl;dr: We called Veteran to help us when our AC broke just as temperatures rose in May 2021. The next day, they sent us Chris, who is AMAZING. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in the work that he did and so incredibly communicative, patient, and honest in his interactions with us.For context: Our apartment was 90 degrees F, and my cheapskate landlord's handy-man took 20 minutes to just look at the outside unit and tell us we had to replace the entire compressor, which was out of stock for the foreseeable future. When I called the handyman a week later and asked for an update, or at least the part number so I could order it, he said I should call the manufacturer to find out and then hung up on me.In contrast: Veteran got Chris to inspect our unit less than 24 hours after I called them, practically begging for help. Chris spent well over an hour testing the different components (inside and out) of our AC system, and came up with a specific quote for repairing the leak that caused the issue, detailing each part that needed to be fixed or replaced - note that this list did NOT include the compressor, which was, in fact, fully functional - the cost of doing so, the reasons why it should be replaced and the potential issues if we choose not to do so.My landlord was endlessly frustrating and ultimately decided that he wanted to try to find a cheaper fix and didn't want Veteran to do the repair. Chris, who had already gotten there and started the repair, was impressively patient and professional throughout the entire thing. Then, to top it all off, Chris still replaced our Freon to help us suffer less in short term. Such a good guy!If it were my choice, I would choose Chris to do the repair, without a doubt. I can't wait to give Veteran my business when I can afford to stop renting and buy a home. Chris and the folks who handle scheduling at Veteran are incredibly efficient and effective, and I simply cannot recommend them highly enough.

Job well done, replaced new Kholer aerator and cartridges since Kholer no longer carries the faucet that I had purchased years ago. Plumber was professional, skilled and effective. My faucet feels like knew and functional. He was very kind enough to tighten my loose toilet seat.
