I had multiple plumbing issues that needed replacement, repairing and installing. This was my first time using I fixed it and I was so very pleased. I had several plumbers come out to look at my plumbing issues and as for the shower I was told multiple times that it could not be fixed. When Tony from ifixedit came he was determined to get a shower for me. He searched and searched for parts for an original shower in my house that is an older home even after completing the other plumbing jobs I had and came up with an idea which gave me a beautiful shower and I didn't have to get an entire bathroom remodel. Excellent service. He did a full demo job on my mom's upstairs bathroom, extending the bathroom a few feet into the hallway. The tile work is great, and the bathroom is flush with the walls in the house, making it seem like the bathroom was always this big. My mom has been showing it to family and neighbors, and they all compliment how modern and spacious it looks. Andrew was reliable and worked with my mom on design choices and options, making suggestions about modern setups and placements with the extra space. She's very satisfied with the result and would definitely hire him again on future projects.

I contacted Marc, who was recommended by friend who also had a good experience, when my dishwasher started leaking all over my kitchen floor. On top of that issue, I had a clogged kitchen drain and failing garbage disposal. Marc responded quickly, assessed and explained each issue, then promptly resolved each problem within 2 hours. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to resolving each issue. Another minor issue popped up later and he came back the following day to address that issue building a strong relationship with his clients. I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.
