Great clean cut guys, on time and hard-working. They laid tarps down from door-to-door and when it came time to remove our old boiler they had a team of guys come in and they made it look easy. honestly the work they did to me was not very good because the pipe is still the same and in truth I will not request it again, much less recommend it and for the price it was very expensive sincerely I am not comfortable thanks for nothing

Don't do business with this company. They misdiagnosed my heating issue, caused me to take several days off work and then tried to charge me for something no one told me about up front. Had to get another company to come out (Summers Quality) that correctly diagnosed the issue and took care of it quickly. After disputing the charge with the owner, he proceeded to make a claim to impact my credit.

Splash responded on a Sunday evening. I called a dozen plumbers when my water heater failed, Splash was the only one who said they would be right there. John showed up an hour with a new water heater an hour after that i had hot water my basement was clean and the job was done

Veteran installed a new mini split system in my home. Chris was professional and on-time (which seems to be a rarity these days). My wife and I feel comfortable knowing that it was installed appropriately and has worked perfectly over the last 4 months or so. Next time I my HVAC serviced they'll be the first number I call.

First let me start by saying the technician Derrick was a pleasure to have him in my home. Professional, friendly, courteous. My problem is the cost. The work took 15 minutes total. I had a pin hole in a pipe. The charge was $418. I am a ED physician. I could have a person come in with a heart, attack, stroke, anaphylaxis or any other critical life event and spend much more time taking care of them and GOOD insurance would reimburse me 2/3 of the cost of a pinhole repair of a pipe by this plumber. One thing good will come out of this. I am going to this week go to my local home repair store and spend $50 for the equipment and learn how to sweat a pipe on u tube!
