Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). Frank did a very good job in fixing and replacing a section of sewer stand pipe in the basement. He had to break up the concrete floor, extract the old pipe that had a crack in it and insert a new cast iron section of the pipe. He was efficient and competent and cleaned up everything. Very satisfied.

Originally called MT Plumbing to repair a backed up kitchen drain the day he came out to give quote the hot water tank went bad and he ended up coming out the next day and installing a new hot water tank and gas pipe to the water heater. he was on time, great price and fast. I will be using him for every plumbing issue I ever have!

I am incredibly satisfied with this company. When a leak started in our basement and we didn't know where it was coming from, we reached out. The initial contact (with what I'm assuming was an answering service) was a bit disconcerting but someone else reached out only a few hours later to set up a service appointment. The next morning, someone came out, immediately identified the problem, and sent out the next guy to fix it within a matter of hours. They forgot to replace the cap to the drain out on the sidewalk and someone came by the next day, even after they had already been paid, to remedy it. 10/10 would recommend- responsive, efficient, and show up when they say they will.
