When I first walked into my new house, I discovered my kitchen was completely flooded. In a panic and having never dealt with any kind of plumbing emergency, I called Boss Plumbing and asked for emergency help. The guy on the phone calmly talked me through my issue even though he was at a funeral!!! I couldn't believe the conscientiousness on their part--despite the seriousness of what was happening at my house, it pales in comparison to the death of a loved one, so I'm incredibly grateful that Boss Plumbing took some time to make sure I was able to stop the flooding of my kitchen. In the end, I had to go with an appliance repair technician as it was a problem inside my refrigerator, but if I hadn't talked to these guys, I don't know how long the fridge would have continued gushing water all over my new house.

Had them come out to fix both my failed sewer and waste water lines and both times they were very professional, very responsive (reached out multiple times to confirm dates and times) and the work they did was good and very professional and clean looking.Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to have plumbing work done!

Tony visited my house after I had no hot water (in the middle of winter). He was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue quickly and fix it for me - in and out within 45 minutes! Really excellent service, would certainly call Tony again in the future and recommend to everyone!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Tommy came at time even earlier as promised. He cleaned the drain of my washer. He moved the heavy washer and placed back
the way it was exactly. Good and careful work and a nice person.

They unclogged a drain pipe from a downspout in my back yard. They cleared it quickly and we're very professional. I will definitely use them again!

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

I called with an emergency on a Saturday night. Brian answered the phone immediately and talked me through the whole thing, he stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes talking me through step by step what to do, didn't even try to get money out of me or ask to come out. Services have been great! I have used them for my home and today for my mom’s house due to a leak coming from the cold water for the water heater. They immediately came as soon as possible diagnose the problem and fixed it all within an hour. Got everything up to code and install properly. Great work!

Splash responded on a Sunday evening. I called a dozen plumbers when my water heater failed, Splash was the only one who said they would be right there. John showed up an hour with a new water heater an hour after that i had hot water my basement was clean and the job was done

Hot water heater pipe exploded in my restaurant . Water was pouring out the pipe non stop and we couldn’t shut it off . Greater Works Plumbing came to the rescue quick and performed the pipe repair and shop vac’d the water out. BEST EMERGENCY PLUMBERS .

Most importantly the timeliness and quality of work was great. I scheduled my consult on a Sunday night for Monday afternoon, and the plumber, Kelly, arrived on time. She understood what I needed done to an older cast iron residential drain and scheduled the repair for that Wednesday (work was part of a non-emergent remodel).
