Had them come out to fix both my failed sewer and waste water lines and both times they were very professional, very responsive (reached out multiple times to confirm dates and times) and the work they did was good and very professional and clean looking.Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to have plumbing work done!

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. I had an emergency with my oil heater and I called Brian Turner with Turner Brothers. I called his number around 9:00 AM. I explained my problem to the answering service and he was at my house at 11:30 AM. He checked the problem, explained what he needed to do and then told me the estimate and I hired him. He came back to do the service at 4:00 PM and finished in 2 hours. He was very friendly and easy going. He made sure everything was on and cleaned up.

These guys were so great! Super communication, really quick to respond and not a rip off. Our new house was flooding with the recent storms. We thought it was a sewer issue, but it turned out to be a construction cover up we would’ve never been able to guess. So glad we got them to look at it. Their price was fair and they took care of the entire issue within a matter of hours. Thanks so much to the team.

I was given the estimate by Mr. Frusco himself, but Danny Santos came out and provided excellent work and costumer service. He was prepared and friendly and nice to my puppy, if that counts for anything! Also, he gave me a recommendation to change the air filter and wrote down the size to make it easier when I go out shopping. Thanks Danny!!!

tl;dr: We called Veteran to help us when our AC broke just as temperatures rose in May 2021. The next day, they sent us Chris, who is AMAZING. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in the work that he did and so incredibly communicative, patient, and honest in his interactions with us.For context: Our apartment was 90 degrees F, and my cheapskate landlord's handy-man took 20 minutes to just look at the outside unit and tell us we had to replace the entire compressor, which was out of stock for the foreseeable future. When I called the handyman a week later and asked for an update, or at least the part number so I could order it, he said I should call the manufacturer to find out and then hung up on me.In contrast: Veteran got Chris to inspect our unit less than 24 hours after I called them, practically begging for help. Chris spent well over an hour testing the different components (inside and out) of our AC system, and came up with a specific quote for repairing the leak that caused the issue, detailing each part that needed to be fixed or replaced - note that this list did NOT include the compressor, which was, in fact, fully functional - the cost of doing so, the reasons why it should be replaced and the potential issues if we choose not to do so.My landlord was endlessly frustrating and ultimately decided that he wanted to try to find a cheaper fix and didn't want Veteran to do the repair. Chris, who had already gotten there and started the repair, was impressively patient and professional throughout the entire thing. Then, to top it all off, Chris still replaced our Freon to help us suffer less in short term. Such a good guy!If it were my choice, I would choose Chris to do the repair, without a doubt. I can't wait to give Veteran my business when I can afford to stop renting and buy a home. Chris and the folks who handle scheduling at Veteran are incredibly efficient and effective, and I simply cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very disappointed. Worked with Ed Hughes for a few years now.This last job I had a leaking shower. They charged me $450 to caulk some tiles. They couldn't find the leak and the problem persisted.Paid for another plumber who identified the problem immediately for half the price. He asked why Ed Hughes didn't even look at the drain.I've called Ed Hughes numerous times over the last couple weeks and the women on the phone are always fantastic but for some reason they can't get the plumbers to call me back.Really trying to understand what I paid $450 for? Would really like my money back.
