I had a great experience with Goodman Plumbing. I called to make an appointment to have my water heater examined due to some noises it was making. Right away, the person who answered the phone was professional and courteous, and helped me make an appointment for a convenient time. When Sean arrived at my home, we discussed my concerns regarding the hot water heater, and came to the mutual conclusion that the best course of action was to replace it. I also asked Sean for estimates for replacing two water valves in my home. The entire experience was exceptional: not only was Sean courteous and professional, but he took the time to listen to my questions and concerns, and answered them with expert insight. That really put my mind at ease, and I found the estimate to be very fair. We scheduled the work to take place two days later.On the day of the installation, I had the pleasure of meeting Tom. Like Sean, Tom was exceptionally courteous and professional, and answered all of my questions with the same care and insight. I am very impressed by the quality of the work they performed. From the bright copper pipe, to the neat and clean solder joints, it truly looks like a work of art.I am so happy I have found Goodman Plumbing. Without question, they have earned my trust and my future business.

When I first contacted Boss plumbing, Warren left me his number and as soon as I called he picked up immediately. He asked for photos of my gas leak issue and was able to fit us into his weekend schedule. He’s very courteous and you can tell from speaking with him that he is professional and cares about client service. Hope to use him again for my future plumbing and heating needs.

My nearly 20 year old water heater quit on a Saturday. From the looks of things it was worse than needing a fix. I reached out to several EMERGENCY plumbers and IFixedIt was immediately responsive from the phone call to arrival. The owner, Tony, assessed the problem and confirmed the water heater needed to be replaced. He also addressed additional concerns regarding the water pipes, gas line, and the exhaust all VERY important. He explained in depth what needed to be done, discussed options, and how long it would take. Within 24 hours IFixedIt fixed it! Yes!!!! On a weekend. Installation of the new one and removal of the old one. Remedied the safety concerns and absolutely DID NOT leave a mess. Tony provided professional and courteous customer service and excellent work at a fair and reasonable cost. I highly recommend IFixedIt for your plumbing and drain needs.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

Never fixed the issue, my toilet was clogged and the water was leaking on the floor when the toilet was flushed , they came used a toilet augur charged me $260 and said the toilet was fixed the issue wasn’t fixed and the toilet was still leaking, they came back out 3 days later and charged me another $500. This place is a rip off, I would never use them again or recommend to anyone. Why was I charged twice for the same job that you NEVER fixed. RIP OFF.To make matters worst they are never on time, the first time they came at 11:30am when they were suppose to be here at 9am, second time they were suppose to be here at 12pm but came at 3pm. Horrible

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Once again Brian Turner came out asap to fix my broken heater at my business. He made sure my clients had heat and didn’t have to cancel them as it’s 25 degrees out! Professional, fast, and most importantly, honest!

I had a great experience getting my hot water heater replaced by Aqua. The technicians were on time, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to me. They moved an end table in my living room to make sure they didn’t bump it when removing the old one. I had had a poor experience with a different plumber the day before and I’m so glad Aqua was referred to me instead. They came out quickly, replaced my heater and valves quickly and took the time to clean up their workspace. It was half the price of what I thankfully knew to be a really unfair quote from a diff company. Friendly plumbers, good service, easy to schedule/pay and I got an invoice right away. So good to have hot water again! Thank you Aqua Plumbing

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Amir was very professional and personable in his approach and was knowledgeable about the issue. He explained things in understandable terms so we could make an educated decision.

I'm new to Philly and John gave me straightforward and honest pricing to install a new garbage disposal and ready my kitchen for a new dishwasher. We have used Chris and Veterans multiple times. We have been homeowners for 30 years and no prior plumber we have had even comes close relative to knowledge, professionalism, helpfulness, honesty and courtesy.

I never leave reviews but Mark and his brother were so amazingly helpful I have to share. We had a leak in our condo bathroom that was causing water to drip into the unit below. Mark was recommended to me by out HOA manager. We thought we had addressed the issue sufficiently for him to come out the next day to do the repair but by evening the owner below was frantic as more water was entering her apartment. We called Mark back, in desperation, and he was gracious and compassionate. He went above and beyond to get to our building and do the repair that night despite needing to find a babysitter. All this for a total stranger!. The repair was done quickly and competently and the price was reasonable. I would hire him and his brother again in a heartbeat. Give these guys a chance. You won't be sorry!
