These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. This company has poor customer service skills. I called them last night regarding a gas issue. This is after they installed a new boiler in my home. I called them at least twice last night and spoke with a live answering machine service. I am glad that I opted to contact PGW because no one returned my calls. In addition, they really don't try to coordinate with your schedule. They set appointments by leaving you voice messages and expect you to be available at that time. Lastly, their techs are unprofessional because they made sly comments to me under their breath.
