I called them yesterday for an issue with my A/C. They happened to have an opening the following day and stopped by. John was quick, yet he took the time to explain everything to me. The costs were fair. If I have any issues with the HVAC in the future, I will use this company.

I have been using Goodman plumbing for years and I am always satisfied with their work. They clean up after each job and are always professional. Their workers are knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had regarding my new furnace for my home.

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

Warren and his team are terrific! I have been searching for years for a plumber that I would recommend without hesitation, and finally found it at Boss Plumbing. So far, Warren & co have fixed a valve another plumber didn't want to touch, assessed and identified small leaks that were making a big mess (and of course repaired them), installed a new sink and faucet (including some retrofitting) and did it all with a wonderful blend of expertise and good humor. It was a pleasure having them in my home, and I would trust Warren to professionally tackle any plumbing-related job.

East Falls Plumbing & Heating is a a pleasure to deal with. The owner is responsive, fair and honest. The team he sent to my home was respectful of my disability and performed all tasks with excellence. I was completely comfortable having them in my home. I plan on using East Falls whenever issues arise in the future.

I received a referral to use this company through the city program to fix the the waterline in your home. I pay a monthly fee to secure this plumbing services when needed.They were late and unprofessional. I had to ask the service technician what's the next step before he left my home and he advised he had to put a ticket in.I called the next day to check the status of the ticket and the representative that answered the phone advised; the ticket was never put in because I refused to let City Plumbing run a scope through my pipes. Lies! Who would refuse services if that's what's needed to solve your water problem.The technicians never came in my home with any equipment nor did they ask to bring in any. So I called the servicing provider to explain the lack of service from City Plumbing.They sent another company Transcend Plumbing. The technician came out found the problem and I'm waiting for an approval to get my plumbing repaired. The visit took every bit of 5 minutes to find the issue and it was no need to run a camera/scope through my pipes.Just wanted to share my experience.

I called KCS at 11am they were to my home by 12pm. Very prompt and professional. Hopefully I won’t need their services again. But if I do, I have their information stored.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! Really fast and professional! I was surprised at how quickly they came out on a Saturday to replace my old leaking hot water heater. Honestly went way above and beyond to fix an issue with the manufacturer. I’ll be turning to them with any other plumbing needs!

They came when I needed them. Took my old water heater and replaced it with a new one. Thank you so much. The young men who did the work were very funny. I appreciate everything they did. I wish I could've gotten their names I would mention them in this write up but they were very very nice guys.

Water heater busted,Roto Rooter came out and cleaned up the major water damage and took up the water damaged carpet and cleaned and dried out the surrounding damages as well. Came out the next day and installed a new bigger water heater. Will be paid for through my mortgage insurance. Did a great job of helping me out given my financial situation

Hot water heater broke. Andy came out very fast and fixed for a very cheap price. Very nice guy and very professional! Highly recommend!

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

Two employees from Turners Bros. Plumbing arrived at 0900 (as scheduled) and were on-site until the job was completed at 0940. The ballpark price quoted for the job over the phone - the removal of an old garbage disposal and installation of a new garbage disposal, and the installation of a exterior hose bib - was 125$ for the visit plus labor and it was suggested at that time by the Turner Bros. representative that the total cost for the job would likely be about $200.After the actual job was completed I was told by the one employee, Mike, that the realized price for the job was $375. When I questioned this and mentioned the quoted price, noting how drastically far apart the realized price was from the quoted price, the employee simply said that he was only the messenger. When I told him I did not have any checks and would need to get more cash in order to pay I also asked at that time for an itemized bill, indicating that I would not submit payment without some sort of a bill and guarantee that my payment as cash was properly received.He told me that he could come back for the cash and that he would have his office send me a bill within the hour, taking down my email address for the invoice to be sent to. About 45 minutes later I attempted to call the main office for Turner Bros. multiple times, unable to reach anyone. I wanted to verify the price and that an invoice was being sent over.Eventually I was able to speak with the employee whom had completed the job (Mike) and he told me that he spoke with his boss and was able to get the price reduced to 250$. While I told him this would likely be 'ok' I also told him I still wanted to speak directly with his boss at which time he conferenced me in with his boss, Michael Turner. I explained the situation to Michael and he told me that typically they charge $125 as a base visit fee plus $190/hour per worker and that two workers are always sent on a job. This was information not told to us when we originally scheduled the appointment - we were only told the charge would be $125 for the visit 'plus labor’. Michael Turner noted that his other employee Brian 'must have quoted us a different price and the problem is Brian isn't around today’.I questioned why the quote given to us over the telephone wasn't memorialized and how could such drastically different quotes be given by his employees. After further conversation of a similar nature, Michael agreed to settle on the originally quoted price of $200. His employee Mike returned to the house and collected $200 cash as payment in full for the work completed after I was e-mailed an updated copy of the new invoice. The new invoice did not itemize time, labor or standard costs, and did not even include my full first name, but simply stated “Installed homeowners garbage disposal” (we had purchased ahead of time) and “Installed homeowners hose drought” (which we had also purchased ahead of time) with a total of “$200” listed to the right.A response was sent to Michael Turner via the pay2go website from which the invoice was sent indicating the invoice had been paid in full in cash. At the end of our phone conversationMichael informed me that “if we charged these prices there we would be out of business.” As a local business owner myself, I know that if I had a member of my sales staff who was unaware of our base rates and was also radically misquoting customers, I could imagine that our business might not be around for much longer, either.While the workers were amiable and quick to the job, I do not recommend Turner Bros. Plumbing.

I was buying a house and I called Best Choice Plumbing to scope the line and give me a plumbing and heating certification. They gave me a great price on both. I called them based on the reviews and price and I could not be happier. The woman in the office was able to explain the process and line me up with an appointment for the following day. They came out first thing and did a full check on the pipes and heating system. They also scoped the line out front. They saved me from purchasing a house that I would have had to put thousands of dollars into replacing the heating and plumbing. Thank you Best Choice Plumbing. When I find another house I will definitely call them again.

Services have been great! I have used them for my home and today for my mom’s house due to a leak coming from the cold water for the water heater. They immediately came as soon as possible diagnose the problem and fixed it all within an hour. Got everything up to code and install properly. Great work!
