Had a leak in our basement and water was everywhere. They sent someone over 30 minutes after I called. Zac was super helpful and did a fantastic job fixing the issue and cleaning up everything. Would highly recommend.

My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. So, Boss Plumbing hasn’t actually come out to my house, but I did work with Warren (on a Saturday!) to have them come out for flooding in my basement from the water line. I had an appointment with a different large company on Sunday morning that I was able to cancel if I found someone on Saturday.I preferred a smaller, family-owned business and found glowing reviews on both Google and Yelp for Warren and Boss Plumbing. I called and he was able to get some of his plumbers to come out within a couple of hours, which was very impressive. However, before they arrived, a field assessor from the large company I had an appt with on Sunday spontaneously showed up before Warren’s staff arrived, and just kind of took over the situation, in a way that I probably needed as a new home owner. I had to cancel on Warren, which I feel terrible about (I was also having some technical difficulties with the invoice for Boss).However, if I am unfortunate enough to need an emergency plumber again (or for plumbing in general) I will definitely call Boss Plumbing, and I highly recommend Warren for his responsiveness, especially on a Saturday, and at a time when it seemed like there were plumbing emergencies all over the city to deal with.

Bill was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable when it came to diagnosing leaks and repairing some plumbing pipes in my older home. This first-time East Falls homeowner is grateful to have Bill and his team in the neighborhood!

I had a broken and leaking drain on my kitchen sink. Economy answered their phone quickly and and was able to quickly schedule for first thing the following morning. Later in the day they called to let me know they could squeeze me in same day so I would not have to go another night without a usable kitchen sink. On-site the problem was diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. Anthony was kind, clean, respectful of our home and thorough.

Came home Sunday night to find our hot water heater on the fritz, left a message with them at 11:30pm that night and they were here at 8am on Monday. By 10am we were up and running with a new heater. Good stuff.

Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). They were referred by a family friend, were eager to get on the job in a timely fashion, completed the work in a clean manner, responded to all post job calls and were very professional.
