I loved using Big Birge Plumbing. They were timely and professional.
We have used them for unplugging a drain to moving the laundry upstairs. The art of their plumbing they put in was AMAZING! Probably my favorite part is getting a picture/bio of who is coming to my house before hand. It really puts me at ease.

I can say that Rooter-Man sent out a plumber the same day and he fixed my leak with respect, excellent service, and quality. My plumbers name was Aaron and he was excellent and I would refer him to anyone. He was fair and did only what was needed and was great at explaining what was going on and what to watch for in the future. You can't go wrong with Andy and his crew. I was changing the fridge in my bar and while removing the water line, the cheap valve that was previously installed, stateds leaking. I called Andy and he told me how to turn the water off and sent a guy out. They installed a much better valve and even let me know about another valve that was leaking as well. I couldn't be happier. I've recommended A&A to many people and everyone of them have been completely happy! Thank you for saving me from a flooded basement!

Our floor drain backed up. Rotorooter came the next day, which was less than ideal, but understandable since this occurred over the holidays. The tech was polite and professional and snaked the drain with minimal fuss and no (additional) mess. Unfortunately, the drain backed up again two days later, flooding the basement a day after I had cleaned everything. Rotorooter sent a tech out within the hour, which was great, but clearly the problem wasn't resolved. The tech is snaking the drain again now.

Daniel was very professional and explained all the diagnostics and work he did on my system as well as suggested potentials for upgrades to my system.

Terrible experience with this company. The plumber was messy, disrespectful and unprofessional ! He used our bathroom towel and bathroom rug to wipe the water on the floor. He doesn't care at all about
our belongings. Every time I ask a question he quickly snaps. He seems angry and unhappy ! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone !
