Best Water Pressure in Omaha NE

So thankful for an honest and professional plumber! We are back to having great water pressure, and the only negative is that I failed to call sooner! I would recommend Exspurt Plumbing 100%.

I manage three commercial buildings in the old mill area, and every time I have called there office chris has always answered the phone professionally. She has always found me a plumber or drain cleaner when I needed one and when they arrive to do there work they are very professional and they thoroughly clean up after themselves all the time.

The hot water handle of both bathtubs either leaked or didnt work at all..

Two other conpanies had offered estimates for three times as much...saying the entire hot/cold set had to be replaced .and must
Break through the wall.

Ray was able to fix the situation by replacing only the valve stem that leaked...in each tub.
. .no demolition needed and one third the cost.

I called Perfect Plumbing because I had a leak and a bad smell coming from under the kitchen sink. I was scheduled right away and was told the tech would give me a free estimate before doing any work. On the day the tech arrived they called me 30 minutes ahead so I was able to go to work right up to appointment time. The tech that arrived was very polite and respectful of my home and me. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately as a loose pipe and repaired it quickly with no new parts. When he was finished he took time to explain what the trouble was. I asked what I owed and he said nothing since the problem was minor. I was shocked. I said surely I at least owe for the service call since I took him away from other customers but he said no, no charge. I then called the owner and again offered to pay a service charge but he also said no charge. I have to say in all my years experience working with contractors, this is the first and only time one has ever performed work and refused to take payment. This company's honesty and integrity is above and beyond any I have ever worked with before. My husband and I are not handy people so if we were told the repair needed new parts and a lengthy repair, we would not have known the difference. You feel so vulnerable calling contractors and just hope you picked one that will be fair and honest. I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, Perfect Plumbing is an honest, ethical company who's employees are knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. I will be referring all of my friends and family to this five star company from this point on.

Called because my flush lever wasn't working. Fixed it and said the job was covered by a 30 day warranty. Two weeks after coming out, the lever broke in half and they came out and fixed it as they said they would. No fuss and they didn't beat their chests about how nice they were for doing it. Would highly recommend.

The technician was very personable, and did a good job cleaning the drain. However, when he left, I could see an etched circle in our bathroom tile where his machine had sat.I declined to post a review because I told him what I would have to say. But they persisted to ask me, so I’m giving this with you.

I requested a quote and Fernando responded almost immediately and we set up a time the next day for an appointment. Since we have an unusual size valve in our toilet they had to order it online but that arrived quickly and the next morning they returned to fix the toilet. The communication was great and the service was fast and friendly. I have found the plumber that I will call anytime I have another plumbing issue. I can’t recommend them enough!

They sent over a technician who literally went above and beyond -- he scaled the roof to figure out whether our backup was caused by a venting issue! He was very knowledgeable, thorough and fixed the problem without a hitch. Call Backlund next time you need a plumber!
