Very professional...although the main issue was a toilet clog....which turns out to be more than clogged toilet...I received a call from another company within 10 minutes of Smithpro leaving and that company is coming out today. He was prompt, repaired our leaking toilet and removed an old utility sink and replaced it with a new one I had purchased. His rate beat everyone. Cleaned up after himself and took away all the garbage. I would definitely recommend him.

Everything was very professional. The prices seem a little expensive (but then with plumbing emergencies you don't get to shop around much). I have confidence they will live up to their philosophy that they never want to return to your house for the same problem.

I wish the pricing would be a little more straightforward. Be prepared to make a quick decision if you want to purchase a service agreement. They price everything in such a way that you basically end up spending more than you wanted out of principle because it ends up being a better deal overall. But in my opinion, they should just have straight pricing.
