OCB Plumbing saved us $24000.00 !!!! Had another company out before OCB who did not know what they were talking about and tried to pull the wool over our eyes and told us it would cost $24000.00 in emergency repairs. Called OCB Plumbing right away . Explained to Shelby in the office what was going on. Shelby had Dan (an experienced plumber) call me and go over what we were told by the other company and he assured me that was not the case and he would come out the next day. Dan, Andrew and Derek came out (way past their quitting time) and Jetted our drain. Showed us the entire main line from house to city connection . got rid of our tree root balls that the other company said they had done and showed us there were not cracks to be concerned about at all. Dan showed us the main line was fine and in full working, clean, cleared condition after the team got done Jetting the main line. They took the time to explain everything to us even though it was well past 7pm. We never felt once that our time was not valuable and never once did they laugh at any questions we had. They earned a customer for life now and I would highly recommend OCB Plumbing and their crew to anyone in the future. Great job guys we cannot be thankful enough for you saving us !

These guys were like a NASCAR pit crew. We called on a Monday night after discovering a leak in our basement. David penciled us in for Tuesday afternoon and arrived by 1130 Tuesday morning and was done before 1200! They had the part we needed, were very polite, even bringing in my Amazon packages for me. I found them by reading reviews - so I thought I would also post a review. The price was fair and I will absolutely be calling them again if needed. David even gave me some advice on fixing a toilet while he was at my home as well. Highly recommend.

Best plumbers in town hands down. Very professional and caring guys. I have seen them digging a hole 8 ft deep in the middle of the night to restore water service for a retirement home full of old folks that needed that service badly. Big Birge responded to save the day!.

Andy came to work on our plumbing and he had very reasonable prices he got the job done and did a good job of it.

Our pipes froze and then burst over Christmas weekend. With New Year’s Eve fast approaching we didn’t think we would have water for another week. Fernando was able to get to our home and repair several pipes quickly. We still have water damage to fix but Fernando at 402 Plumbing Service got the most important pice fixed.

Everyone that we talked to from the first time we called was very professional and friendly! The individuals that arrived at our house were the same way and very knowledgeable.

I called them out to fix a tub that would not drain. The first person who came OUT was NOT a plumber and could not unplug the drain. He identified the problem as a specific pipe and stated that they would need to send out an actual plumber. The plumber came out and replaced the pipe that the first guy stated was the problem. Unfortunately, the pipe that they replaced was NOT connected to the tub at issue but was a drain line for a different tub. The next day they sent out another non-plumber to use a more aggressive method to clear the blockage. This caused the pipe to burst requiring a visit from yet a forth person to replace the pipe (after cutting a 2/4 hole in my wall). Backlund billed me for all four visits (the only discount was they did not charge me overtime for the second visit that was after hours). In short, the misdiagnosed the problem, fixed the wrong thing, broke a pipe and charged me to replace it. They keep sending bills and every time I receive one a call to discuss the issue but they will not call back. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Burton did an excellent job getting me an appointment within 24 hours when my water heater went out. Their follow up was exceptional and Jason was very courteous and efficient when he served my water heater. Thank you Burton
