Not very good service I had a guy come out I had to pay 133 dollars for him to tell me I need to call and schedule another appointment for them to fix my problem and when I did call back I got awful customer service from the lady on the phone and they just wanted more money all of this for one clogged drain. You know if u can’t run a business don’t try.

I can say that Rooter-Man sent out a plumber the same day and he fixed my leak with respect, excellent service, and quality. My plumbers name was Aaron and he was excellent and I would refer him to anyone. He was fair and did only what was needed and was great at explaining what was going on and what to watch for in the future. Just great service and I am very pleased with this company’s response time and excellent customer service. Great job Rooter-man and I will call on you in the future if I ever have a plumbing need. Finally found a Great plumbing company! Kurt is an excellent technician - was actually early (called first) which gave him time to not only address and resolve the issue I called for but was willing and able to answer some questions on other issues. Gave some great advice and fixed another problem.

Rates are competitive but more importantly, I feel that they did exactly the job needed without attempting to upsell (No thanks Burton!). Clean, friendly, professional - could not have asked for more. My new go-to plumber!

Had my old AC replaced with Rheem AC. They had their work cut out for them. They not only removed my old Frankenstein Monster system, they moved the new outside unit to a more convienient spot for me, and setup my new thermostat. Everyone I worked with was so nice, and I want to give a special shoutout to the installers, my 2 year old son was running around and they were so nice to him and were teaching him new things. This was the best service experience I ever had, Marcus and Derrick are the best!

Fast, honest, knowledgeable, professional service at a reasonable price! I called on New Year's Eve and they were here within an hour. They fixed our drains and showed us the roots that were causing our problem. They also advised us what to do to prevent the roots from taking over again. The guys left our property nicer than what they found it and left it smelling good too. We have used other plumbers previously, but never again. We have found our forever plumber with Equisure Inspectors.

We have HomeServe Warranty. Raymond Plumbing was assigned our trouble ticket. All aspects of the service was great: Scheduling and onsite work. Special recognition to the Technical Derek. He was professional, did a super job, and answered all of my questions.

The professional attitude and knowledge that they showed was really nice. I only know a little about how plumbing works. They were very understanding and put us at ease. Everyone in the house were very satisfied with their work and explaining how to pay them. All electronic and easier than the old way to pay. I would use them again and suggest to anyone to call on them when needed.

After having a less than stellar experience with another plumber in town, I was able to get ahold of Sarah at American Rooter and she saved my bacon!! I needed a hose bib moved/replaced on a pretty tight time frame, and they were able to get me on their schedule, and even came early!!
Mike, the plumber, was thorough, quick and very professional.

These guys were a breath of fresh air. My bath/toilet drains were blocked, and I called Burton prior to calling Major Drain: They walked through the house and talked at me for 90 minutes about all my options, (ranging from $350 to $1200 + monthly membership fee haha). They insisted on a $250 toilet removal fee and had no way of removing the fee if I popped it myself, so I kicked them out. Complete waste of time. Then I called Major Drain. They showed up on time, decided on a course of action in 5 minutes, and unclogged the drain within 20 minutes. All at a fair price. Awesome. 10/10 would call again.
