OCB did an amazing job today for me fixing someone else’s mess-up. They are the best!

I called to have a plumber come out and look at my situation and assess what would need to be done, and was told from the receptionist that my call and details would go to an estimating department and then they would get back to me! Three days later someone got back to me and when I told them I already had hired a plumber the response was “oh great OK thank you”!
The three other plumbers I had called as well were able to schedule an appointment for a plumber to come out and give me an estimate while I was on the phone with them that first time. This company supposedly has some process in place where they determine if your situation needs to have someone come out and give you an estimate! By the time they had called all three of the other plumbing companies had already been to my home.
I asked for a manager and was told there were no managers, eventually I was given a callback by an office manager and explained the situation that because of their processes they lost out on an $8700 plumbing job!!!!
Being in sales and sales management for over 35 years myself and I am absolutely incredulous to how this business could be rated number one when they don’t even have someone in place or some process in place to take the first phone call!!!😳🤦🏻‍♀️😳

I had Bill come out and clean my main sewer line as part of routine preventative maintenance. He was very polite and informative. Not only that, but he was able to come out the same day! I'll definitely be calling him again.

Big Birge installed a tank-less water heater for me 6 months ago. It was worth every penny! Would recommend it to everyone that is looking never to take a cold shower again or have a deep soaking tub. Best investment I made in a long time!! This company responded quickly to my request of a bid and was very professional throughout the entire installation process. They talked with me about all the pros and cons and then coached me on the use and service of the new equipment. They have also done some work for me on a bathroom renovation. I have found my plumber for life.

Phil with aksarben ARS was very personable and knowledgeable. Answered every question in detail. Went over every thing with our system in detail. Cleaned unit out thoroughly. Love aksarben ARS' monthly service plan and getting everything checked and cleaned once a year!! Great peace of mind!! Also love that they are honest and don't try to upsale what you don't need.

Came and looked at the plumbing that needed to be fixed but it took over a week for them to get a bid and I had to call them to find this out.

I have hot water again!! Durham Plumbing responded quickly to fit me in the day and did a fantastic fabulous job , great professional expertise on replacing my water heater. The pricing was explained before the job was started . I would definitely call Durham plumbing for services I may need in the future , definitely recommend!!
