Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

My husband was out of town when our heater went out. Being home with two kids and a cold house is not fun! It felt like Eyman dropped what they were doing to come to my rescue. Gary was awesome and checking in frequently to make sure everything was going well and to make sure I understood what was going on. Ryan & Justin also did a wonderful job keeping my house clean, not minding my dog and getting the job done as quickly as they could so we wouldn't have to worry about our heater another night. I HIGHLY recommend Eyman for your heating & AC needs!

10 minutes & a zip tie = $208
Don't use this company unless you are looking to get ripped off. Literally, 10 minutes in my home and applied a zip tie to my sump pump float and then turned around and charged me $208. When I called the company regarding this, they said there was nothing they could do and that I was told what the charge was going to be when I called. THEY DIDN'T AND BASICALLY CALLED ME, THE CUSTOMER, A LIAR by arguing about the conversation. Worst communication and customer service skills I have ever seen with a company. Only gave them one star so that I could hit the post button.

extremely expensive, 15 mins of work for one plumber, the other plumber was there standing and looking at the other guy working. I was billed $218.56. Called and asked for explanation i was told i was billed a minimum rates even if the work was 5 mins i would have been billed the same. I spoke to Frank.

Excellent prompt service, fair pricing. Service tech was polite, informative and left everything clean and neat. Would certainly use them again and will refer them to my real estate clients. Thanks!

I loved using Big Birge Plumbing. They were timely and professional.
We have used them for unplugging a drain to moving the laundry upstairs. The art of their plumbing they put in was AMAZING! Probably my favorite part is getting a picture/bio of who is coming to my house before hand. It really puts me at ease.

Mike was awesome and was determined to help figure out my problem that 3 other plumbers dismissed/blamed on me. He was able to figure it out and fix it!

We had a pipe burst in January late one evening. They were able to come out right away and get the issue fixed so we could get our water turned back on and were able to stay in our house that night. Jared was very professional and did a great job. We would definitely recommend!

This is the only plumber I will ever have. Andy and his crew are by far the best. They are fair and very efficient. They know their stuff. Have used therm twice and they don't leave you hanging. Andy gets someone out asap. Can't say enough about them.

I called and in less than two hours a technician showed up. Sam was an amazing tech and was SUPER professional. He worked tirelessly for three hours to unclog the drain... he succeeded and did a tremendous job cleaning up and made sure the job was completed to my satisfaction!!! Great job!!!
