Bill, Thank you so much for sending Jason out here yesterday! He did a fantastic job and was very friendly! He had some minor inconveniences (a leaky pipe and replacing a valve with 2 water lines instead of one) but he dealt with it in a professional manner. He ran out to get the pieces to accommodate 2 water lines and went to work! We look forward to working with him and Affordable Plumbing Maintenance in the future when we put in another bathroom. :) Thank you!!

Honest and reasonably priced. Immediate call back when answering service took my number. Had them install new water system in whole house replacing galvanized pipe. Never had such good volume and pressure prior to their installation.

Our first experience with Big Birge was fantastic. From the moment we realized we had a plumbing leak, we had excellent communication with office personnel (Tonya) and were immediately informed of how we were going to fix the problem when our plumber Dennis arrived. We were worried that we wouldn't get a plumber to come out the same day--- that wasn't a problem and from the moment we called, Tonya assured us that Big Birge would be there. Dennis was available later in the day and even showed up early to our appointment. He was very knowledgeable. Exactly what we needed to help us fix our leaking pipe. Dennis also let me do a couple of things before shutting off water and had patience with my 7 year old looking on. We could tell that this was a family company that valued working with other local families.

Called Mark first thing in the morning and received a prompt response/call back. We discussed the issue and he gave me options as opposed to something else shady. He had his tech at my home within 30 minutes, with the parts, ready to install. After installation, the tech, Bill, gave me some nuggets on how to lengthen the life of the water heater with the new parts. I will be using Integrity in the future for all plumbing and water heater repairs. Integrity are the Professionals… 5 Stars!

This is the only plumber I will ever have. Andy and his crew are by far the best. They are fair and very efficient. They know their stuff. Have used therm twice and they don't leave you hanging. Andy gets someone out asap. Can't say enough about them.

Fernando had done an amazing job for me for my outside faucet was leaking into my basement. He did an amazing job and was at my home in a timely manner to fix my problem. I would recommend Fernando to my friends and family.

Do not use this company!

The company explained that the repair was harder than it was. The workers completed the work in 20 minutes and did not do the work they said they would. They essentially put putty on two pipes and charged me over $1,300.

I called other companies and they said that job should have cost more than $300 at the top end. I would not recommend this company at all. Please be advised.

Service this year: Had these folks back again to help me find the shut off valve to my refrigerator - which sprung a soaking leak. They knew what they were looking for and made quick work to stop the flow of water! And they also sent another tech to clear the main floor drain. When it rains it pours - or stops up, as the case may be. Super yucky job! This is an older house so it turned out to be some hard build up and general stoppage. These people are the best in the business and their quality of their work, their attitude, and their pricing all reflect that. Still the best!!Service a couple of years ago:.Service was speedy and professional. And the price was right, too! The tech was the best! He alleviated my stress by being so nice and empathetic. He took the time to tell me what was going on and how it got that way so that I could be more cognizant in the future. Efficiency toilets are not all that they are hyped up to be. Major Drain is an A+++ service provider and I would recommend them to anyone. When you want your plumbing to be fixed right the first time these are the people you should call!!

First the men came out without a camera and just wanted to smoke bomb it to see if/ where a leak was. I said no that’s not what I asked for. The worker crawled into my crawl space and found disconnected pipes. Great! Found. They came back and connected the pipes. I thought fantastic. NOT! The methane smells is still there. They came out per my request to SNAKE my drains! THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. He added water to the p traps! I Called again actually text because they don’t answer the phone and said it still isn’t fixed, you didn’t snake the drains! Reply we can come back for another fee! This is 900$ later! They tell you the fee is 150$ an hour try 220$ and no results!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE CRYING MORE!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please be cautious when using this company as they will take (A LOT OF) your money without fixing any of your problems.
The first problem arose when I initially called to schedule a technician to come to my home. The secretary was kind but she told me she didn't have the schedule in front of her and that she would give me a call back the next morning. I NEVER received the phone call so I called back myself, I was scheduled for the next day between 12-4. I received a phone call from the technician the day he was supposed to come around 3pm. He told me that he would have to charge me over time if he arrived at 4 as this would be after working hours. I told him I would just elect for the next morning to avoid additional costs, and what's one more day without hot water.
Well, the technician was unprofessional as he not only showed up an hour late, but he charged me for that hour in which he was looking for a part that he couldn't find. When he finally arrived at my house, he sat in his work vehicle on a personal call (he told me it was a personal call) for at least 10 minutes (time I was paying for). He then proceeded to replace a thermal coupling (something I could have easily picked up down the street) and left. LOW AND BEHOLD, still no hot water.
I am an understanding person but this is where it sent me over the edge, I called back to obviously have someone come back to FIX THE PROBLEM THAT I PAID FOR. The secretary told me that she would call me back tomorrow for 4 straight days. Four days, they purposefully put me off for what? Finally, when I begged to be put on the schedule 3 days out, they told me that they can't get me in until the following Monday. That would mean they didn't come back to fix the problem 10 days AFTER I paid them to fix it the first time....
This place will ROB YOU AND NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEMS AND THEN PUT YOU OFF SO THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TO COME BACK.
